"They sent my package to the wrong address. Because it's an international package, there is nothing the Post Office can do. They can only intercept domestic mail. MedsMex blamed it on USPS accusing them of "changing' the address on the package. They were rude and would do absolutely nothing to help and they would not refund my money. If your package is lost or intercepted by customs, you are out of luck and your money is gone. I will never order from them again."

"My experience with Medsmex was absolutely wonderful! I have no complaints... this company treated me with the utmost respect and my ordered was delivered to my doorstep here in Alaska in under 2 weeks! I received EXACTLY what I had ordered. The company called me the day I placed the order requesting I wire the money.... I did. I was terrified and highly skeptical, however I needed the medications so I went with it. They confirmed pick up as soon as the money was received and even sent my order before the money was in their hands.
Excellent customer service. This company exceeded my expectations and I will be a returning customer.

"Ordered mebendazole and they sent metronidazole. These are not the same!!! They treat completely separate conditions. I have the receipt to prove I ordered MEBENDAZOLE as I put it through via their website. Yes, the names sound similar but again, my receipt confirms I ordered correctly. Metronidazole ended up going in the trash.
I have been trying to contact them and they won't reply. I'm super unhappy and they have lost out on **thousands of dollars** by losing me as a customer. I was planning on switching over all my monthly prescriptions ($1500 monthly) but won't do it now because they won't send me what I paid for!! I had even offered to rebuy the medicine in the hopes my order would be corrected quickly but still they didn't bother to reply to me.
Don't use them. You won't get what you ordered and their customer service is lacking."
"I ordered medication worth $236 last month and all I got today is worthless pregnancy pills. I'm not a woman so what I ordered had nothing to do with it. First, they insisted so much no to use my credit card but just use money transfer. It's clear they were deliberately doing this because we kept emailing back and forth up to when the package was sent to make sure everything was correct. I've written them an email without any luck.
The ironic part is I started ordering this 25th of Dec, 2015 but there's always an excuse and things dragged on for weeks. After that, I had obstacles like after I ordered the stuff, they mailed me back 2 days later saying some of the items aren’t available but they had known my list of items about 2 weeks earlier. I was planning to move all my legitimate medication orders to medsmex. Now, that is not going to happen."
"I don't know what all the complaining is??? I have ordered from them for over 10 years now...maybe longer...can't remember. I have always gotten my order and have never had to contact them regarding a bad order because I have never gotten one. I have contacted to them to ask the pharmacy questions...by email and they always have answered my questions. My order has always been complete...and they have been a life saver for me. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. It's all good. I like medsmex. I just made another order today. I order from them once or twice a year. I have had no problems at all. "
"I have ordered from them for several years now and every single order has arrived perfectly. Mind you, the orders are shipped from Mexico so it does take longer for shipping than a U.S. order, but allowing for that, the shipment time was good. I have not found another source for quality prescription medications any where near the low prices of MedsMex. Don't know what I'd do without them. Note: I use a Yahoo.com email address for orders and communication rather than my standard email address, so they can sell my yahoo.com email address to whomever they want, that's exactly why I have it!"
"It's a scam. Don't use them. Whatever you order, whatever the price, all they will send you is a few Uprosol capsules (worth about 10 bucks). Then they will not answer your complaint e-mails. It's a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are stealing money from everybody."

"This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing ANYTHING online. I ordered my prescription on 12/17. It was sent out on 12/20. I had not received it several weeks later and contacted them via email. They responded that they had sent it and I should "go to the post office" (which I did - and was told that they could not disclose that information without a "registered parcel number"). I called at least 25 times and was unable to reach a service representative and their answering machine was "full" (on every line - orders, problems, etc). I finally began emailing them on 1/11/06. Most of my emails went unanswered. I finally received the "registered parcel number" from them after many more emails had been sent to them. I took it to the post office and was told it had been "returned to sender" since I hadn't picked it up.
This problem was mostly the fault of MEDSMEX since they would not respond in a timely manner. The postal service is somewhat at fault for not giving me any notice that there was a package waiting for me. Since I work from home, I do not have any idea why it would not have been delivered to me in the first place, but MEDSMEX has made no effort to assist me beyond offering a refund when/if they receive the package back. They are not sending me a new prescription and have basically written me off as a “problem consumer”.
I definitely will not order from them again, and I don't suggest that anyone else do so either. They do not want to take care of existing customers (I had ordered from them in the past with no problem), and since they refuse to do so, they will be losing my business as well as that of my family members and friends. I don’t know whether they have changed their business practices or simply have incompetent staff persons, but they certainly aren’t the only available location online from which to purchase “standard” medicines.
