"Of all the online merchants I've dealt with since 1997, these folks have the best customer service I've ever encountered. They almost made me feel like family as I communicated several times with them while Garmin rolled out a new product. They were gracious both in e-mails and chat, and it didn't matter if it was a $20 item or one at $279. They changed my order twice with a simple chat request by me. I got two shipping date updates that were far more informative than other e-tailers have ever sent. On top of that, the already lowest price was reduced automatically when Garmin updated prices. I've had to cancel preorders with other merchants because orders could not be revised to reflect lower posted prices. Great guys at MegaGPS. I'll be back!"

"I placed an order for a garmin nuvi at their sdvertised sale price. After placing the order, I researched another site and found the same model for $15 less. I immediately emailed customer service and asked if they could match this price. While they could not match they very kindly offered to cancel the order. Nice service even though lower price was found elsewhere."

I received an email from staff member stating that it was not required on this model, saving me 100 dollars. I received my upgrade disk in the mail in a couple of days and all went very well in the upgrade process of my maps.
