So far I was Overcharged and they disagree

"I was overcharged a coupon they insisted was added. I have screenshots of my total versus their total and I'm just being told I'm wrong.
Don't shop here, find somewhere else.

Horrible company and garge controllers

"I bought a controller for my ps4 and it lasted 6 months and I'm a casual gamer. I tried buying a new one the other day for ps5. They charged me $406 for a controller that was $158. I cancelled wanted my money back and they just belittled me. Zero customer service and the products are s$%t."

Mods on point

"Mods are on point, they do help you to play better. Fact 100%

I also enjoy the menu and navigation, no 100 steps are required to activate options. Tutorial is pretty comprehensive and there are video instructions online.

Australian Post Inconvenience, Mega Modz the Hero

"I ordered a custom PS4 controller from these people in the US for which they did. But the Australia Post delivered the package to the wrong address then they lost the package. Not Mega Modz’s fault, it was all Australian Post’s fault. So I followed this up with Mega Modz and they kindly were able to recreate my order and make sure that it was delivered to the correct address. My brother now enjoys his new controller. Big Up the Mega Modz"

Mega technology

There is no other modding company in US or Europe that offers this level of technology. I've had 2 controllers from them, one was the first-gen and the second one has the latest soft+hard. Simply top notch product, build, menu, capabilites - everything.. I look forward trying their ps5 modded controllers.

Poor customer service and quality of product

"I bought a pricey Xbox controller from this company for my son. It was received and the controller was made poorly, the print and design were completely off-center. They also forgot to include the charging wire that I paid for in the order.
After several emails back and forth with Stephen ( gave me such a hard time) I sent the controller back; waited for a new one. The new one came and it was better; still not as shown online.
Now only a few weeks later the controller doesn't work. I emailed once again and dealt with Stephen, (not the nicest or most helpful person) He recommended changing batteries. We did, the controller doesn't work. It's within 90 days. He asked me to go to my account and request a return label, I did. Never received it and now he is telling me they sent two out and that is the max they send out. Stephen is now telling me that basically, it's my problem and if I want to return the controller I have to pay and ship it back.
This is an issue on their end, not mine. I received a return label in December and nothing has changed. This company has the worst customer service. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. I will continue to write my poor experience with this company on other social media outlets.
I have never had such a hard time communicating with a company.

BUYER BEWARE: Horrible Customer Service, Defective Products, Extended Warranty Not Honored.

"YOU WILL REGRET BUYING A CONTROLLER FROM THIS COMPANY! If you complain or leave bad reviews they will block you from your account ("Login Declined") and not honor the extended warranty!!!

I've purchased 4 controllers with this company, great ideas, but poorly delivered. The first 3 I bough had inferior product design paddles, they were cheaply made and not durable and failed in less than a year of use. I didn't buy the extended warranty on my first three so I just took a loss. The last controller I did buy the extended warranty and it came with new and improved paddles which I was happy to see of a much better design but that controller was also defective. Left analog stick failure, then I sent it in for repair and got it back with a horrible vibration sound like a jack hammer. Had to send it in again. The only reason I continued to buy these is because Playstation has failed to make a paddled controller unlike XBOX even after all these years.

Today I reached out to customer service got the rep "Spencer" who was rude AF by the way, wasn't helpful at all, dismissive, condescending and argumentative and just basically flat out lied. When I asked to be passed to someone else a supervisor or another agent, he just ended the chat. Once they have your money...... this is what you can expect. He wasted my time arguing with me that no customers ever complained about the controller I purchased with I responded with that is not true.

Then I go to their customer facebook page get someone else and they tell me they wont honor the warranty because they already repaired the controller twice and they wont keep repairing it lol. Even though it came new and defective, and was returned defective with a bad rumble motor when they replaced the parts. Then they block me from facebook and my account. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Great help

"I've bought a controller from them and contacted them later to find out the status. It was a a queue of orders ahead of me plus I got the wrong product. I was given all the info about the product I needed to get and had my order canceled. After I recieved my refund, I purchased the controller their rep recommended. The remote is worth the wait, the paintjob is great, buttons feel smooth. Mods work awesome, tried with Warzone and Apex. I will be purchasing again, I like the quality and the communication."

"This company is trash!!!! They don’t track invoices or order status. I bought a controller on May 4 and I asked for updates and I was told my order was built on may 26 and was ready for shipment. Then In the same conversation, I was told they were waiting for Xbox one parts. So I was lied to in the same conversation. So I asked which was it and Spencer got upset and start talking in circles. Then he cancelled my order. So I wasted 30 days waiting for a product I never received. This company is horrible and please understand when you pay for something and someone takes your money, you atleast expect status of order especially if dates and time are not meet. If I didn’t contact them I would have never gotten any status. I contacted PayPal and now I’m waiting on a full refund that could take up to another 30 days. So now I got 60 days invested in this horrible company and no controller. "

Bad Customer Service, Not Worth it

"Purchased 2 units one for me and for my G/F. Hers works like a charm by my controller came with some loose pieces inside and it feels like they forgot to add some cushion to the D-Pad or Directional. I reached out to Customer Service because they were $200 each and the CSR's response was "Are You Not Happy with your Amazing Controller?" despite the fact I tried to explain that for the amount I paid they should correct the issues. I will NEVER buy from this Company again, RIP"

Horrible Remote

"Ordered a controller online. Really cool colors and the build looked super smooth. I didn't opt for any of the mods, because I don't really believe that's fair for the game. Anyways, product arrived to me incorrectly. meaning the Dpad was the wrong color. I just lived with it because it wasn't terrible. Well, I couldn't live with the Bluetooth cutting out every 3 minutes during game play. I couldn't even play a complete game without the controller disconnecting. The only way I could get it to restart was to take the batteries out multiple times until it reconnected. The few minutes it would stay connected, there would be a lag on buttons and I would have to double tap it. I decided to return the product because I just didn't feel long term that this controller would hold up even if they did fix it. Customer service was terrible. It 2019/2020, a company needs to have a customer service number to call, especially when the little "chat now" icon on their website doesn't actually let you chat with anyone. I finally received my money back only to find out that they took a 15% restocking fee! Now I would totally understand if I decided I didn't like it and they took 15%, but common you sent me a controller that wasn't built to my specifications (which I overlooked) and the controller wouldn't even stay connected. That is 100% on your company. Don't be fooled by the cool design options, this product will frustrate you and customer service will make you pull your hair out. I can only imagine the problems I would have had if I would have added mods as well. "
