"I sent in my controller to be repaired and after paying for it repaired they did not fix it. Their warranty sticker is of a very bad quality. After playing with the controller for around 15 days on Black Ops 2, the sticker came off causing my warranty to become void or invalid. Very dissatisfied that they couldn't even repair it especially when the controller was around $225 shipped with rush processing and warranty. I will not be doing business with MegaModzPlanet again and will suggest to my friends not to do business either. I play PlayStation nearly everyday and will be taking my business to Scuf from now on. I hope people will not have the same experience as I did. I had very nice customer service on the phone but when I went onto a chat online I received very rude service. Overall I am very dissatisfied with this company."
