Unlike intensafirestore which was the first place I've ever try to buy any mods from an it didn't even work at all but MEGAMODZPLANET thank you for the great controller. Will buy another one sometime with add on since this first one is great"

"Both my teenage boys are heavy gamers and purchased controllers from megamodz. The controllers work as advertised and they look really spectacular. They had some minor wear and tear issues due to the fact the boys use the controllers all the time. I contacted megamodz, and spoke with Natasha, she had me ship both controllers back to them for repair. However, our package got hung up in the post office for a month. The post office had an issue on their end. I spoke with Natasha several times through megamodz support line and on her personal cellphone. Of course we were concerned that all was potentially lost and we were 1360 miles away and could do absolutely nothing. Natasha was able to locate our package, she had both controllers fixed, and they were shipped back to our home within hours of her locating them at the post office. We are most grateful for Natasha. We will be back for buisness. Great product, and a caring group of people, that stand by their product.Thank you megamodz for hiring a wonderful staff."
