"I purchased two scooters and both scooters arrived badly damaged. The seat was ripped, there were gouges in the paint, the mufflers are both rusted and corroding, multiple areas of scratches all over both scooters. It is as if they took mostly damaged parts and put them together to make to scooters. I never received titles and parts were promised to me that were never sent. Upon purchase I was promised two extra scooter covers and two pairs of goggles and those were never sent. They lie about everything and when you try to call them you cannot get through. When you email them the emails go directly to China and then you get some ridiculous email back filled with lies. STILL to this day I have two untitled untitled damaged scooters sitting in my garage That I paid $2300 for. BUYER BEWARE, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE!"

"I came across this website towards the beginning of December while looking to purchase a dirt bike for Christmas for our Grandson. We researched other sites that carried a similar product. But after looking at their customer reviews on google & yelp, we decided to go with Motor Madness. Unlike the other websites we called, Mega Motor Madness was always there to answer the phone, answer and ALL of our questions. I think we called maybe 5 times just to make sure we were 100% confident that this would be our grandson's main present for Christmas. They explained the whole process which was easier and quicker than I had thought. We've used our little dirt bike for over a month and they absolutely love it. "My 9 year old loves this little pit bike. It is overall well made just make sure that you check all the nuts and bolts after you have rode it for a but to ensure that nothing wiggle loose. We only had a few bolts that were loose but that should be expected when your riding through rough terrain. "

"I bought two 110cc Ice bear dirt bikes for my kids a moths ago. The quality was better than I thought for the price we paid. I've gone through a couple axles and frames but nothing major. The experience I had with this company was outstanding. I spent under $1300 on two, and I plan on buying more for Christmas!!"
" Purchased a Rhino 250 in July assembled and it wont start. Contacted Mega Motor Madness back in July to help troubleshoot they sent me possible parts that could be the issue. After changing all the part over the next 2 months it still won't start. Spoke with Anthony several times he was going to talk to the owner Harry and told me they deemed it a lemon and they will exchange it. An hour later they contacted me via email and stated as per the return policy it was only the 1st 5 days and I would need to ship it back at my expense and they possibly could waive the restocking fee of 25-30%. Tried contacting Harry and Anthony again and got an email stating I would need to contact them via email only and they refused to talk to me!! As a business owner how could you possibly not stand by your product your selling and as the owner how can you not contact the customer directly and not answer their emails but instead hide behind the scenes. What a disgrace!!!! I am a reasonable person and now I have a $1700 unit that is a big paper weight.

"My son begged me for a year for an ATV. Given that he's still growing, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I blindly went with Mega Motor Madness because Jack picked out the camo atv of his dreams. It came without an Instruction manual, so I had to beg my brother to come and help me assemble it. It didn't idle, so the engine would just fail. My son cracked a rim and could have been seriously hurt. They wouldn't even replace the rim. The ignition needed replacement. The battery is a piece of junk. I called to say I was shipping it back. They told me they wouldn't take it back. In short, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Go with an American company or international brand name. Mega Motor Madness is horrible."
"They shipped us a bike that was broken. Nothing we can do, they cannot source the broken part.
It is a Chinese company with a U.S middle man but horrible customer service.
We bought the moped for my daughter, months later it sits broken in the garage.
We have tried to get a local mechanic to fix but without the replacement part (not available on the U.S) they cannot help. We are chucking the bike away. $900 down the drain.
DO not buy from these people, go to a local dealer. If there is anything wrong ot arrives broken there is nothing you can do and they will not give you a refund or exchange.

"Bought a dirt bike and goped. Barely ever ride them and when I did start riding, the back brakes fell out of the dirt bike and the bolts on the gas tank broke off and I don't ride my stuff off road. On top of that, bolts on the goped's casing fell out and wouldn't go back in. Then I was told there was only a 30 warranty because they knew the thing would start falling apart. I will never buy from this crap store again. Shipping took long, crappy customer service and crappy items that DON'T seem to stay together. I also keep my stuff inside out of the elements as well and only rode them maybe 8 hours total for both. "
"This item arrived in a damaged package on June 1, 2015 at 3:25 in Marietta Ohio. The truck driver showed us the damage before taking the item off the truck. The box was torn through and the actual scooter was dented, chipped and scratched. I was advised by the the truck driver that I did not have to accept the item in the damaged condition. The damage was witness by a third person, Tim Holbert who was there to help me put the scooter together. Due to the obvious damage to the scooter we refused to accept the item. The cardboard box the item was shipped in was rather flimsy - unlike a cardboard package used for appliances. Anyway, I immediately called the customer service number 1-***-***-**** at 3:32 pm and left a long detailed message. After receiving no return phone call I called again at 3:45. I believe I spoke to a man named Dan. Sadly he was very unsympathetic to the situation. He told me he was going to email me a form to fill out - which to this time ( 5:41 est) I still have yet to receive. I further explained to Dan that I received a call on May 27th from a 1-***-***-**** number stating the item was going to be delivered that afternoon. Later when I called that number back, after never receiving a deliver confirmation time, the trucking company said they could not deliver the scooter that they were transferring it to another company. They only provided their phone number. The phone number for that company was 1-***-***-****. The new trucking company told me on May 27th and May 28th they didn't have my package. I of course had to make those phone calls. On May 29th when I called them they stated they had the package but could not deliver it until June 1st. It is interesting to note on the packing slip somebody dated it that I received the item on 5/27/2015. So in summary, I paid for product, I received to what amounted to three days of run around to its location and then when it did arrive, it arrived damaged in a damaged package. Since then I have received very little support to what I am suppose to do or expect next. This was to be my wife's birthday present for this weekend. I understand mistake, but this has been a complete lack of interest or commitment to fix this problem"
"Not happy at all. Got motorcycle in box. Built it myself (the parts that needed to be built) but gas tank lock was broken upon receipt. I would have to take the whole seat apart myself to fix. i called and spoke to a guy who did try to be helpful, send a video that I didn't understand and when I called to complain that they should handle something that was broken they told me that I accepted the fact that I would have to fix defects if there were any. They would pay for parts but I had to get it fixed. Ended up having to pay $150 for a local shop to come pick it up and fix it. They had given me the name of their local dealer but after three tries at contacting them with never a call back I gave up. Better to pay a few extra dollars and buy locally so you don't have a problem. "
