"I have within the last week ordered quite a bit of merchandise from megapalm.com and everytime I order an item they actually call me personally within 10 minutes to confirm the order, obviously on top of the actual email that is sent to me with confirmation of my order. So far I have ordered pipe clampers and screw drivers, and have thought of ordering a couple of lathes from these fellows as they seem to run an honest and worthwhile business. Everytime I order they confirm the order and it comes usually within 1-2 business days, even if I do not ask for it, as it seems they upgrade me to overnight shipping on most orders for a free upgrade. Overall I would rate their company great because they have always shipped out what I asked, and their customer service is knowledgeable and courteous. I have also recommended this company to many of my business associates as I work for a contracting company and they have said they have had postivie experiences with megapalm.com also. Overall a 5 star service!!"

"Rediculous! Ordered a $12.00 counter from these people. I received a counter from MSC Industrial supply, in a MSC box, so I checked their website and the counter can be bought there for $5.50. Also MegePalm charged me a $4.99 handling fee, and $12.59 shipping fee, when MSC shipped the counter to me "next day" for free. It is part of MSC's everyday shipping procedure. Megapalm is simply a dropshipper, charging twice what the product costs to place the order for me. And I'd say fraudulantly charging shipping costs when in fact there is none! DO not buy from these people. Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS! "
