Trying to save money I decided to give Megetoners a try, big mistake. I followed Megatoner's instructions to the letter and out of eight cartridges installed three failed leaving a huge mess, staining my cloths and carpet.
I then informed Megatoners of this misfortune asking how this problem would be resolved. Megatoners response was,"you must be doing something wrong because we never had any complaint on these 6 cartridge models".
This is a company that sells inferior products and has no ethics. BEWARE I NOT FINISHED WITH THEM YET."
"Printer fails to recognize the two color cartridges purchased, but only after having printed several sheets to good quality, but I'm blaming the printer at this time. The purchase price was the best I could find anywhere and the ship time was acceptable. My only gripe is the absence of a recycle bag to mail the old cartridge."

I've just purchased eleven cartridges. Four of them are not what i ordered, and all eleven of them are completely different looking from what i purchased online. And of course they would be, for the price i paid. So don't expect to be getting any sort of deal here. Just a whole lot of sarcasm and attitude from a guy called MAX in customer service, the NY office... We'll that's the name he gave me, after asking for it five times! "Most of the inkjets I purchased from MegaToners this whole past year (at least) were defective. When I emailed them, they ignored me. Finally, one person there sent me an address where I could send them back. They received the inkjets back the next day after they were shipped. Weeks went by and I never heard from them. They ignored my repeated emails. Then I disputed the charges with the credit card company. Can you believe this? Megatoners had the guts to say that they never received the package. I kept the original shipping receipt with the tracking number on it and behold -- the very person who signed for the package is the one who alleged to the credit card company that they never received the package back. Fortunately, the delivery driver made them sign for receipt of the package. That signature is on the carrier's website for all to see. They are not only dishonest, but stupid. All inkjet buyers beware -- this company will not be in business for very long and should not be. Stay away from them like the plague! They will rip you off."
"I recently purchased 40 ink tanks from Megatoners, not only were the tanks half full, but a good deal of the tanks were defective. I immediately sent an E-Mail to their customer service department explaining the situation. After 24 hours and no response, I called their customer service phone number only to find out the entire company is apparently on vacation for a week. I've had good luck with this company for over a year, but this past experience will keep me from ever doing business with them again. We will see what happens when they return from vacation. Stay tuned..."
