"This battery is supposed to last for 8-10 years and it did not last me a month. I had to purchase a new one from another seller and at a better prize because I can't trust you. I spent almost $20 for something that is useless. Now, how do I get my money back?"
"Attached you will read the experience I had with megabatteries (Paul) and the product CR123A rechargeable batteries ! Don't trust Paul and the product is a total waste of money!!!
Hi Lorrie,
There is no battery that I am familiar with that is rechargeable that will last.
You are better off getting non- rechargeable. If you purchase a large amount then I can give you a super deal.

Re: phone conversation with Mara - Order 78884510
Since speaking with Mara, I have found my original email with Paul and his response. Since July, I have been recharging these batteries every two or three days. They remain only charging to maximum 15% and only last at the most 2 or 3 days. If possible are there any other rechargeable batteries with a better performance. I really don't look forward to buying batteries constantly and would the batteries you replace these with be "good" batteries and work for 4 to 5 months like the original batteries which were in the Arlo system when I purchased?
Thank you for your assistance in this matter, as it is very frustrating and the security cameras are not providing security if the batteries don't work.
Sincerely Lorrie

Hi Lorrie,
The Arlo system really **** the juice out of the batteries. There is no rechargeable that will be any different for Arlo.
We do have customers that call us and we explain this and they either decide to proceed or not.
In general if you charge the batteries 5 or 6 times they will get a bit stronger and last.
Can you please give it a try and charge them a few more times.
Alternatively, you can return it and we can give you a credit towards the non rechargeable type.

Paul Lang

Subject: rechargable CR123A batteries
Good Morning,
I ordered 12 rechargeable batteries with 2 chargers and I am VERY unhappy with the charging life. I followed the rules on the enclosed form, red light when started, when green charged and inserted into my Arlo security cameras the battery charge was less than 15% (why???) I used the batteries until they said 1% and recharged as it said the charge would increase .. NOT .. I would like this on record as I would like to know how many times I have to try to get the batteries to charge to 100% and get more than 1 or 2 days out of them, or I would like to return for a FULL REFUND as $205.47 is outrageous for rechargeable batteries that aren't any good.
Please answer as soon as possible as I would like to return as soon as necessary to get refund if need be.
Thank you, and I look forward to a positive answer of perhaps (2 or 3 charges) but would like to see resolved.
Lorrie
