"I ordered a specific battery and confirmed it by phone with their customer service agent with the exact part number that was on the battery needed. They confirmed the part and shipped it which arrived very late.
Upon opening the box I noticed right away it was the incorrect part. I proceeded to speak to their customer service rep and she said it was my fault even after explaining to her that their agents had confirmed the number and descriptions. They would not refund me the money spent so I lost $36.00 for restocking fee and double shipping. Very poor service after the fact and will advise anyone to not shop here no matter how good it might seem. If I had the extra time to do so, I would hire counsel to put a thorn in their side for the unprofessional way they handled this. I am out of pocket over $60.00 with shipping. "
