"Placed order on line followed up with phone call to verify order. Order shipped within 24 hours with tracking number.
Order received today August 29th. opened package only to find wrong ram was shipped. Called customer service and was told the picker picked the wrong item. How can that be? I am sorry there is no excuse for this mix up.. Sorry Memory Depot this is strike one. I was told the ram will be shipped by express, lets see what happens next.
Ram arrived 5 day later, This time Desktop Ram was sent not laptop ram. Apparently, someone mis-labeled the ram. So, this is 2 times I have received the wrong ram. Frustrated, I called and spoke to Fabian (apparently the owner) he apologized and said he will ensure the ram will be correct this time. Well I hope so, this is their 3rd attempt at getting me the correct ram. According to Canada Post, Ram will arrive on Monday, September 12, 2011. I was told that my shipping fee would be refunded, nothing done on that matter yet. So, you decide if you want to deal with memory depot. This is my experience. Will update on Monday, September 12, 2011"

"Great catalog to select the desired product! There is a wide variety of parts and good description of them, which includes a link to the original manufacturer's datasheet. A related database of computer-memory compatibility would be helpful and a nice plus.
As a Canadian customer, I would like to see the "Canadian company" tag shown on all pages of the Canadian end of the website. Also, the "no hidden shipping charges" etc. note should be more visible, since those are the killer aspects of the on-line shopping of electronic (and pretty much all) products.

I am leaving for a vacation in a few days and they have done everything possible to make sure I get my items before I go away.
