"I have purchased a 240GB USB FLASH DRIVE from this company end of February. It was charged to my Credit card 3 days later. Now it is April and I still have no Flash Drive.
I call this company every week and each time they keep telling me that the manufacturer is going to ship the module as soon as they either fill their backorders or fix the bios on the module and that they are very sorry.

"I actually called the company before placing an order on OCZ 9600 blades, and they had told me that they would have the memory on the 11th, and would be able to ship them then.
So when they didn't ship on the 11th, I opened a ticket, and asked what the delay was. Apparently I was lied to on the phone to boost sales, and they said that the parts would come in on the 18 IF ocz was able to ship the parts.
I worked in shipping and receiving at an electronics manufacturer for a year, so I basically know what that means. They ran out of binned 9600 memory, and now they are waiting to bin more so they can ship. Definitely not what I signed up for.
This happened again on the 23rd, will probably continue to happen.
The last time I emailed them they haven't even bothered to respond still.
I'm not sure about Canada, but in USA this is considered a fraudulent sales practice.
Poor customer service, Fraud... these guys are horrid. Really, 0 out of 5 stars, nearing up on a month and nothing to show for the good practice of calling ahead and asking before I order.
I will never buy from memory depot again."

"I placed my order two months ago (#11290) and called to cancel in the same day. The memorydepot represetative confirmed that the order already canceled. However, after two months, I received my order. I also realized that my credit card was charged. Here is the problem.
1. I called memorydepot.com many times (at least 4), any time I talked to the CS, they promised that they would email to instruct me how to return. However, they never make it. It wastes so much time.
2. I notice that the amount of money they charged me are higher than the amount in the online invoice when I placed. (I dont care, because it will refund anyway)
This is the worst experience I've got since shopping online. It is shameful when a brand name like memorydepot handles the problem badly like this. I am very disappointed and never recommend this business to anyone.

"I had a bad experience with this company. I paid extra for overnight delivery. It arrived a day late. I made peace with that. One of the modules they sent was not what I ordered. Tech Support wrote me back promptly and said that there must have been a mistake in the warehouse and that if I wanted to return it, to contact them and they would commence the return procedure. I've sent them at least four messages (to various departments) in the last 3 weeks, and no one has had the courtesy to respond. They don't care much for their customers."
"However, I was disappointed with Puralator, who delivered the package. I live in a triplex that has 1 mailbox, and no buzzers to the individual floors. Puraltor refused to deliver the pakcage because I did not specify a buzzer or suite number. Puralator phoned my house saying they reuired an "address correction" because a buzzer number was not specified. I told them there were no buzzers and they apologized, saying the package would be delivered a day late (I payed for express shipping). I was angered by the fact that they did not even ATTEMPT to deliver the package; they saw that it was a triplex in their database and assume the package could not be delivered. Also note that I received my iMac via UPS at the same address. It was received on time without any complication despite that it was shipped from SHANGHAI. I live in Toronto, Canada.
I have nothing but good things to say about MemoryDepot. Excellent product, excellent service, and are a Canadian Store.

"1. Seller is in Canada. Not a problem, but shipping is delayed in customs.
2. Memory was defective
3. RMA was promised multiple times, but took 5 days to be sent.
4. Replacement awaited arrival of return (to Canada, through customs again)
5. Very poor response to emails, rarely responding to issues raised.
6. More than a month and I still do not have memory ordered
IT GETS WORSE
7. When the memory finally ships, MemoryDepot does not pay UPS the Customs tariff (remember they are in Canada.
8. UPS bills the recipient $30 in customs tariff
9. Fabien agrees to pay the customs (Three times)
10.MemoryDepot doesn't pay UPS the customs and THE RECIPIENT IS SENT TO COLLECTIONS BY UPS.
11. Finally, 4 months later MemoryDepot pays UPS the customs tariff.
So: Defective merchandise (understandable), lousy communications, unkept promises and terrible customer service."

"While customer support is nice on the phone they don't come through for you. I spoke with the same representative multiple times about my order when I hadn't gotten updates in a while and he was very cordial. However, when he told me he would call me back to give me an update after he checked on my order status, he failed to...two days in a row. After my order had been delayed for about a week I called again and requested that they changed the shipping address as I was going on vacation. They said it would be no problem, but the shipping address did not get changed. It was delivered to the wrong office and sat there for about two weeks until I returned. All in all, I ordered something small for expedited shipping and got it at the wrong address more than two weeks later. Hopefully it will at least work properly so I don't need to deal with the friendly but unhelpful support staff again.
The only positive is that they upgraded my order to higher capacity for free because they were out of stock on the lower one."
"Quick helpful answer to my original question, order was then placed and was delivered next day to my house. Memory worked in my laptop as promised, and I had tried a lot of other memory modules from other sources that didn't work. Service was excellent. Emails kept me updated on when the order was confirmed, packed and then shipped."
