"Ordered all parts for a new computer except the motherboard from Newegg and the mobo from MemoryExpo. Got all parts from newegg in 3 days while the mobo came about a week later. Mobo was DoA after a days worth of testing. RMA'd by fax and email... no response after a week. Sent another email asking about timelines. Few days later was given an RMA. Been waiting for a replacement board for 2 weeks after that. It is now August 26th and still have no working computer. I would suggest doing business with Newegg exclusively if the parts are there."

I called and the phone was promptly answered and they assured me the item was in stock and ready to ship. I bought the processor and it quickly arrived via FedEx ground. I received a confirmation email after the purchase with tracking information included. I had a very good experience with this merchant. The chip is awesome and I have it overclocked to 4.005Ghz. I tried to work with them, but after a week of no responses to my emails (except for read receipts.. smooth move there) I finally charged the purchase back. Don't order from these people. "I found this site on Pricewatch, and they had in stock a hard-to-find socket 478 motherboard (you know, a good one). I was hesitant at first, most sites on pricewatch are sketchy, but I decided to take a chance and order, mainly because I couldn't find the part anywhere else. I chose Fedex ground over the free shipping, because of something I read in the other reviews.
The price was good, and they were up front about the charges, but they do try to get you to buy a bunch of extras. Just say no. Besides all that, ordering was painless and tracking worked.
Two days later I was pleasantly suprised to find the box on my doorstep. I opened it, which took more effort than I expected and I soon figured out that was because it was put together inside out. Whether or not it was Fedex, I don't know. Regardless, everything was in perfect shape and, after a BIOS update, the motherboard is running XP SP2 like gravy. Or something. I might even do business with them again sometime, if I see some good reviews here and on yahoo.

"One week after order was placed, it has not been processed in any way. Called customer service, they said they don't even have the ordered item; offered an upgrade to more expensive one and upgrade to overnight shipping - of course our expense. No alology, nothing."
"Purchased a 500GB Seagate HD in an a USB2.0 external enclosure. It arrived on time and reletively well packed.
Less than 30 days after purchase, the USB header on the enclosure developed problems. No computer I plugged it in to could read or write to the drive over USB.
I contacted MemoryExpoUSA, explained the situation and they sent me an RMA number. The RMA process went smoothly and I now have a working enclosure again.
My experience with this store has been good, and I will consider them again if I am in need."
