Had an issue with the connector of the product:
Online picture has the 10pin connector while the one I received not.

Tried to work out a solution with them, but was not positive at very begining.

Two days Later, got called. This time, they helped me to get the issue resolved very precisely and quickly. I'm very pleased with the solution.
