"I ordered a 16GB compact flash card an by mistake a 16MB one. They sent me two 16MB cards. I took the cards, and put them with my camera gear and threw away the packing slip and box.

When I took out the cards to use I realized they had not sent me the 16GB one.

I called them and they told me to return the cards for an exchange. I did that and when I called to find out where things were at, they refunded me the price of one 16MB card.

However I did receive a call and my complaint was heard. I received the memory card the next day with a bonus USB memory stick.

One of the Rambus modules went bad. I contacted MemorySuppliers for an exchange since they had a lifetime warranty on the memory. I half expected to have problems with such a request but to my surprise & delight they honored the warranty with no hassle!

I sent the memory back to them on Monday 6/8 & they sent out the new memory on 6/11. I received it 6/15. I'd consider that a pretty fast turn-around since it was via USPS Priority Mail.

Unfortunately my drive died after 4 days of operation. An RMA was promptly issued and and a replacement drive was received however there was a mixup in addressing the package which did cause me some delay in getting my laptop up and running again.
