"They sent me a defective Motherboard, with no Video Signal coming from the Output and the Video Processor overheating from the moment it was turned on. Then, when attempting to get either a return or exchange they promised me an RMA Number within 48 Hours... SIX DAYS Later I got an email telling me that the return I was promised had been denied and claimed that the part was "non-defective". It took another four days of arguing with them on the phone and online before they told me, outright, that they weren't going to do anything to help me, and that I wouldn't be getting either my money back or a replacement."

They didn't bother calling and now it is too late to get this part so our company looks bad since we didn't deliver what we promised. "I called them about 10 times and emailed them back to back, asking them why they haven't shipped my item. Also, When I called them, I specifically asked them to make sure they have the item I order because it is pretty rare. The guy confirmed that they had it. When it arrived, it was not the item I ordered. To make matters even worse, they decided to ship my order 4 weeks after I purchased it!!!!
