"Well lets see, I have purchased some RAM from this company on 11/7/11 and I received and email confirming my order and on the 8th an email stating that my product has been shipped. Now its 11/11/11 and after talking to FedEx my package has not even been picked up from MemoryC's center because they have yet to schedule FedEx to come pick it up. I have tried calling and emailing MemoryC with no response. Now they have $650 of my money and i have no response from anyone from there...I am not pleased."
"Excellent customer service. Order the item that was delayed due to weather conditions. They were very responsive in finding out why it was delayed from the shipping company. Then later, I found out that I ordered the wrong part. The return process was smooth, no restocking fee (and no obligation to order correct part from the later on).

"I found this company on Google. I had a little trepidation about ordering from an unknown company so I dug up a phone number and gave them a call. They are real, and the service is great. The salesperson I spoke with went the extra mile to make sure that the SDHC card I was ordering (along with an SSD drive and some RAM) was compatible with my machine.
I completed my order on the web site (he advised me that this would be fastest), but I ran into a technical problem at payment – my fault for having left NoScript enabled in Firefox. Another phone call to the company, I got connected to a second helpful person who put the order though manually.
The best part is that I chose Fedex next-day delivery for a very reasonable fee, and after placing the order at noon, I received the package the NEXT MORNING at 10 a.m. – delivered from Ireland to a small town in the South of France! Unbelievable.
I will definitely order from MemoryC again.

"I have mixed feelings about shopping at MemoryC. While their customer service has been very responsive and helpful (they even made a clarification in return policy on the website per my suggestion on the same day- that all product returns must be shipped to Ireland). The Kingspec SSD drive I ordered was delivered to the US very fast, but turned out to be defective, so I had to return it and received a full refund. However, any prospective buyers should know the company has no presence outside of Ireland (despite .com website and prices in US dollars) and their credit card transactions will be processed as international and might incur currency exchange fees. And as mentioned, should you need to return an item, you'd have to ship it back to Ireland thus incurring international shipping fees."

"Horrendous service, I will never buy from this company again. I bought 2 products 9 days ago and still waiting for delivery. I was told it was due to a Royal Mail strike which was known about in advance so why send it via them!
In reply to the above comment, I guess it is my fault for picking the default postal service. So the advice is, anyone shopping with MemoryC should pick the highest cost postal service otherwise you can forget about getting your products."

"I just can't believe the service from this company. I ordered Tuesday and my delivery arrived Wednesday AM. It was like they timewarped the goods to me!
On my last order there was a slight hitch with a keyboard I ordered. This was no problem for their customer service, Jakob in particular. After we had worked together to exhaust the online options for identifying and fixing the issue a replacement keyboard was shipped out, no quibble, no fuss.
Basically I cannot recommend MemoryC.com highly enough .
