"I bought some Cisco equipment from Paul at memorykings.com on September 12th 2003. I purchased a L1010-ASP-C-FCPFQ but what I received was a WS-C6K-9SLOT-FAN module. I've been working with Paul for over two months trying to get a RMA number with no success. Paul's is telling me that nobody is available to issue me an RMA number for two months!
