"Received a faulty memory stick. Returned with an authorization form but never got credit. FOUR TIMES I inquired about the refund and never got the courtesy of a reply. Will never buy there again."
"Very Satisfied.
Bought a 256M memeory module for my Dell laptop. Excellent customer service, they answered all my questions over repeated calls. Memory got to me when promised and worked without a hitch. Also Memory Man was (is) much less expensive than other dealers I looked at.
One small complaint, box was much too big and the chip not well secured.
Overall, would absolutely do business with them again. Highly recommended."
"I have been ordering from Memory Man for years and never been disappointed until now.
I placed an order for a processor and fan and encountered a server error. I thought, "no big deal, I'll try again tomorrow".
The following day I successfully placed the order.
A few days later I received two processors and two fans and my credit card was billed accordingly.
I called and explained what happened and was told to return the duplicate order and credit would be issued.
Three + months, and many calls later, I have yet to receive credit for my return.
I will not place another order until the last transaction is corrected.
Hey memman! Send me a 512 stick of PC2700, I will call it even! The cost of the memory stick is $29.00 cheaper than the credit owed so, you will still make a profit and another customer will be satisfied.

I have been ordering from Memory Man for years and have yet to be disappointed.
These guys and gals are great!
I live in the distribution capital of the United States and can't find a local dealer that can even come close to Memory Man's prices.
Sure, I tried supporting the local shops ( by paying higher prices ) but the service and support just wasn't there.
I decided that even if the local shops COULD match Memory Man's prices, I would still purchase from Memory Man. Year after year they have proven themselves!
Excellent prices, excellent support and excellent service!
I have purchased from Memory Man as all purchasing roles and have always received the same treatment. It's like being part of the family instead of "just another customer"!

"Holy cow are these guys good! I THOUGHT I had a problem with the memory I bought from Memory Man because my system kept crashing. They replaced it with a superior product with no questions asked and for no extra charge. DJ, the senior tech spent several days and several phone calls with me always going the extra mile to figure out what my problem was and researching things online that had very little to do with memory problems. In the end it turned out that I was trying to run a 333Mhz FSB 3.0GHz AMD processor at 400Mhz FSB. Totally my own fault for misconfiguring the thing but still DJ spared no effort at all to help me figure out my problem and was always very cheerful and polite on the phone.
I am the owner of a small consulting firm in Cleveland and I am constantly buying computer hardware and such on the internet. I have NEVER gotten this level of service from a tech support person before. Turns out that DJ is the owner of the company. Never heard of the owner doing the primary tech support but I am very appreciative of his help. I am going to be a customer of Memory Man for a very very long time."
"Thanks for the prompt delivery of my memory. The memory worked perfectly in my computer and I am very satisfied. This was the first time I ordered something in which I never spoke to a live human. I did everything over the internet, using your neat home page. Thanks again, and you can count on me spreading the word and my future business.

"Memory Man achieved the "trifecta" - great price, fast delivery, and excellent service. DJ located a very hard-to-find part, got it to me in just a couple of days, and saved me over $1,000 on my total order. I do a lot of shopping on the internet, and I haven't seen this level of expertise or service in years! I highly, highly recommend Memory Man to others."
"I have ordered memory from Memman.com on at least four occasions now, maybe five times (i've been ordering from them for many years now). The pricing is excellent, they are extremely prompt to deliver, and they have a very satisfying incompatibility-based return/replacement policy and lifetime guarantee. A few years back, I had one piece of Memman.com RAM fail after a few years of constant use, and Memman.com replaced it quickly and with zero hassle. Buying RAM that will work stably with your PC can be tricky business. Memman is set up to handle that situation extremely well, and they stand by their guarantees. Higly recommended!"
"I have nothing but the highest regards for these guys. I have done business with them in the past and it was flawless. However, I have to say that these guy's went out of their way to help me out when I got some defective/incompatible memory from them.
I placed an order for 3 sticks of Corsair 512MB RAM to MemoryMan on Jan 3rd - it was a Friday so my order went into the system on Jan 6th. My order also comprised 2 sound cards as well. The sound cards got to me by Jan 9th - this was on time. However, the memory was ordered from Corsair and they had to ship it to me.
Corsair screwed around with my order for the next few days and it finally got to me on Jan 16th - imagine that! The memory I got was either not functioning right or was not compatible with my KT7A-RAID motherboard. I tried the safest settings to get it going to no avail. After 3 weeks of messing around with it to see if it was a problem with my motherboard, I finally decided it was time to give up.
I emailed memoryman on Feb 11th stating that I could not get it to work on my system and they told me to just send it back for a replacement. They did not even need an RMA - imagine that!
They replaced my memory with their own brand which has Infineon chips and it is working flawlessly even at the most agressive BIOS settings.
I chose to go with Corsair as I see most people out there as well as ads on pages saying how good Corsair is! I'm sticking with Memoryman's memory from now onwards."
" Our large company orders large quantities of its memory from Memory Man. I was looking for a 256Meg SODIMM for my personal Compaq Armada M700 650Mhz so I gave them a call. I had found an exact part from a reputable ebay dealer for $56.00 + SH so I knew the basic price range of these. I was asked to talk to the specific person by our IT professional - the one they work with. I will call them Salesperson X for the purpose of this review. After explaining what laptop equipment I had, X told me they could supply the 256Meg for $44 + $7 SH and if I had any problems they would fix it. This was a great price from what I had found.
I ordered Jan 3, 2003 and it arrived over a week later from New Orleans, LA. The actual time in transit was 2 days at a cost of well under $2. The chip did not work. The laptop counted the now total 384Meg of memory properly but would lock on Windows boot. I noticed the speed was 133Mhz on the chip and my old 64Meg SODIMM was 100Mhz. I talked to our IT professional and they said it must be 100Mhz and for that specific model (the one I had described to Memory Man).
I called X and explained the problem. X gave me a ref # and asked to return it and they would return the same method I sent. I sent it out that day USPS standard w/ tracking for $1.38 on Jan 14 and MM received it Jan 16.
Now it gets interesting. I just received the 2nd round today Jan 23 (another week) and to my surprise it was a 128Meg SODIMM. I installed and it does work but at half the 256Meg amount originally ordered. I called X back and was told this was the closest in the price range to my order. No one bothered to try and contact me of this change in size. I reaffirmed that I had ordered 256Meg and that was what I expected - nothing more - nothing less. X now tells me the $44 chip I had ordered is now $96 and I would need to pay the difference to get it. X was the Memory expert and knew the exact laptop model I had. Oh, they would advance it before I returned the incorrect 128Meg. X said there was nothing else they could do (policy) but they would refund my $ if I returned the 128Meg chip.
20 days of waiting and I am not going any further. How do I know they will refund my $ anyway after the way they acted. I will begrudgingly live with half the memory I paid for - not what I wanted and not what I expected from this company. Is this good business? How much will this cost Memory Man in the long run?
Very Dissatisfied!

"Exellent service. Customer service was very helpful and had fast answers.
Competetive pricing and easy online order.
I could even use paypal!! That is just outstanding!"
"nice and quick
best price"
"I had ordered from them before, with fast shipping and great service, and I decided to order a faster K6-2 one night to upgrade my ancient PC.
Later I saw how cheap their 256 MB PC100 was, it was about as much as everyone else's 128.
Called the next morning, and they added it to my order, no questions asked. It was here two days later with no problems, in fact I'm using it right now!"
"I have used memman before a few times. Always shows items in/out of stock. Usually ships same or next day of order. I placed an order on july 19 late, it shipped out july 22, also corsair memory was coming direct from them in CA. On july 24 I got the memory from CA and since I'm in VA, i was wondering why memman stuff had not arrived yet from LA. I gave them another day since fedex said a storm in TN was holding them up. july 25 I called fedex again and they said they lost the shipment after they sent it to MA for some strange reason...last time I checked MA was not on the way to VA. So I called memman and they said they would call fedex and call me right back. I didnt believe this, but 15 mins later they called me back and said since fedex lost it, we are shipping another box out and sending it overnight at no charge to you. And it was 530pm when they called me back and they still got it o me the next day. Great customer service. BTW I orginially ordered it to ship 2 day but they had it down for 3 day so they gave me a credit for the shipping. I will w/o a doubt do business with them again. Prices are a little more than most, but you cant beat the service."
"on a scale of 1-10 i will rate them a 8.
"
"They're terrific. I bought two sticks of PC2100 256MB from them a while back (a few months). One of the sticks went bad. No RMA number necessary for these guys - they back their memory forever. Got my new stick a week later, and everything is working great.
Highly recommended. Their prices are right with the best of them, and their service puts them over the top."
