Asked questions via email, got response in a very reasonable timeframe (they weren't just sitting there waiting for me, which would be another issue). Ordered newest latest Extreme III SD card and got my "order acknowledgement," "order in stock," and "order has been shipped" email notifications within hours (and this was during the Christmas crazy rush). They said USPS delivery in 3 days, it was there in 3 days. Until such time as they were to screw up, and that seems highly unlikely, these guys get all my future business and all my referrals!
