"This is a vendor that you can trust. I have just placed my first order with Memory on the Move and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. My purchase was of a Flash Card, and since I did not know what I needed, I e-mailed a question to Memory on the Move, expecting to wait a day or so for the response. My response came from Michael within a few minutes. Michael researched the proper product for me and let me know it was out of stock, but he did not stop there. He tracked his order to find out when he would be receiving more stock and kept me up to date with more e-mails. His diligence in following through on my relatively small order instilled confidence in me that Memory on the Move and Michael care about my business. I placed the order and it shipped promptly.

Another plus is the fail-safe system with regard to out-of-stock items. The website will not allow an order to be placed on items that are out of stock. I am currently wrestling with a different vendor whose policy is to take the order whether it is out of stock or not. My order with this other vendor happened to be out, so I have waited until my patience is stretched thin. This will not happen at Memory on the Move and I greatly appreciate their honest approach.

"I ordered a CF 512mb Transcend card. Excellent service and products. I don't know if USPS was backed up from the previous holiday or what. But there was a slight delay in delivery from when I planned it would be here. Michael followed through with keeping tabs on my order and communicated along the way. It arrived today, so it wasn't anything more than a little inconvenience on the part of the Postal Service.

I completely understand that mixups happen in all businesses. What means more to me is how a business will deal with these situations when they do arise. Michael is definitely an asset to his company. "

"Before ever ordering, I phoned this company, which I had never previously heard of, regarding a concern I had. I got an immediate, personable, and reassuring answer. You have to go to another website to validate your use of a credit card, but for me that was just added assurance that I was dealing with a legitimate business. I placed my order on the fairly well-laid out website late on a Saturday. The order for a Transcend 256 CF memory card (30X!) and Powerex AA 2200 mAh batteries was shipped FOR FREE on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. Although I have only had a chance to give it a short work out, the Transcend card seems to work fine in my 4 megapixel digital camera and uploads quickly to my PC. From what recent literature and other websites imply, the batteries appear to be the best money can buy, but in this case I didn't spend a lot of money to get them - and the CF card was cheaper than most 256 MB compact flash cards of only 4X write speed! So far, I have nothing but kudos for this company. "
