"Shady business. We called to ask for a formal estimate cost of fixing the pool for the appraiser. Brian came but only gave me an email of repair cost instead of a formal one which I can't use. I called them again and they promised that I'll get a formal one at the end of the day which never arrive. Then they stopped picking up my calls. Tried to call for 3 days and left 5 msgs but they never bother to return calls. I should have known since they don't have any physical address listed on their site. Waste of $100 on a fraud shady scamming business."

"Memory Up has a great Web site with helpful utilities to find the right memory for your computer. Unfortunately, this utility recommended the wrong memory for my Mac. Upon discovering that it didn't fit, I contacted Memory Up and they issued an RMA, and I sent it back. When the replacement arrived (about 40% more costly than the original order) it had not two, but only one memory stick. Which is odd, because mac memory is always installed in pairs. I contacted them again, and they said that because their shipping department scanned two, it was not their responsibility that there was only one in the package when it arrived. They then offered to sell me the missing memory at a discount, amount not specified. I wonder if they sell a lot of memory this way?"

I used my only credit card (that I always use to purchase items online) but they said that they could not verify the billing address and would not process my order until I had the additional address added by my bank (mind you, the address I provided Memory-UP is the ONLY address my bank has listed on my account). Despite all of this, Memory-UP STILL charged my card and I highly doubt that I will see either my ordered product or a refund.
