I bought the Kingston HyperX memory on Sunday August 14 and on Thursday 18 I had not yet information telling that was shipped. On the website, it's written that is «Usually ships in 1-2 business days». I wrote at 13:00 on Thursday and I received a reply with an explanation at 17:00. The memory came the following Monday, the sixth business day. I am very satisfied with the product. Thank you!

J’ai acheté de la mémoire Kingston HyperX le dimanche et le jeudi 18 je n’avais pas encore d’information me disant qu’elle était expédiée. Sur le site, il est écrit que c’était habituellement expédié dans 1 ou 2 jours ouvrables. J’ai donc écrit le jeudi à 13h00 et j’ai reçu une réponse à 17h00 avec explication. La mémoire est arrivée le lundi suivant, soit le sixième jour ouvrable. Je suis très satisfait du produit. Merci!"

The product range is limited. The email service, I've never used so I could not say. Prices are competitive but not the cheapest on the market. Their website is easy to use.
