"I ordered some kingston ram from memory house (1st time buyer here/though I've used ncix in the past). I emailed about there shipping companies and limited purchase quantities and got a quick response. So I decided to try them. This was my first time online purchase after moving, so I had credit card problem on 1 order. I contacted memory house online and left a voice message (I really wanted the RAM so I was impatient and looked for support 2 ways). They returned my call and reply to the online message (email). I corrected the problem with the credit card company (it was on my end) and reordered. I didn`t expect the 2nd shipment before labour day weekend, but I got it!

Adding this company to my preferred sellers. I wish I knew about them before I bought some suckier, more expensive value RAM. I would recommend them."

"Submitted an order August 4th based on the system showing the RAM I wanted as in stock and my invoice showing in stock. August 6th I received a box with part of my order. I emailed to see what was going on and was told they didn't have my full order in stock and were expecting the remainder from the manufacturer in 2-3 days. August 14th I emailed asking for an update. August 19th I received an email indicating the memory would arrive in 2-3 days from the manufacturer. Received the remainder of my order August 24th. If they didn't have the product in stock I wouldn't have ordered it. Each time I had to request information and wonder where my order was."

"Fast processing of order but never - and still waiting - for a confirmation of shipping and tracking number. Have emailed them asking about any issues. Only by looking at the online invoice was I able to get a tracking number.

Found that the shipping options was not very clear. Picked XpressPost wanting the fastest delivery possible but it's now been 3 business days and I still haven't got it (supposedly out for delivery now). Would help to have a FAQ describing what each delivery options delivery time is.
