"This store is a SCAM and the people who run this business are rude, have poor customer service and cannot be trusted. We saw a suit on line that we were interested in purchasing 6 pieces for our groomsmen. We called the store and since i happended to be in LA for a weekend went into the store to check out the suit for my fiance. At the store , i gave the measurements to one of the reps named Jackson and told him that i was there to inspect the suit before ordering 6 pieces. FH wanted me to purchase 1 and bring along with me. Jackson the rep helping me said that i could purchase suit and take it back with me so my fiance can try it on and if he didnt like it he could return it. I asked about return policy and was ASSURED that there was 30 day return policy guranteed with a FULL refund. On their website they have stated a 100% return guarentee. So i purchased the suit, which turned out to be the wrong size and when fiance saw it he did not like the suit. The material and picture displayed on website was not as described. The suit was cheaply made and of poor quality. It was made of polyester and not of wool as decribed. We called the store and informed them that we did not like the suit and was going to return it. We were told onece the merchandise was recieved they would issue a full refund. We returned the item by USPS with tracking which they recieved and signed for 3 days later. On the first call we were promised a refund. Fast forward 4 days later, no refund. So we call back to follow-up and we were placed on hold and transfered from one person to the other. We kept calling back and now the store is refusing to issue a refund. With each phone call they got increasingly rude, very unhelpful and we were hanged up on. I spoke to the manager David and he stated that they will not issue a refund but the item can only be exchanged. What!!! Why would i purchase a suit knowing i cannot return it? So now we are fighting back through our bank by filing a claim. I googled review and saw that this business already has several bad reviews and scam alerts out. "My husband ordered a suit from MensUSA on Tuesday Mar., 10 and was told that the suit would be shipped the next day and would be here by Friday for a wedding he is going to be in on Saturday. He paid extra for faster shipping. Thursday night at 10:00 pm we received a call from the company telling us that they forgot to ship the suit and we would not be receiving it before the wedding. My husband became extremely distraught due to the fact that we were unable to find one in our area and it's in 2 days. My husband asked if the suit could be overnighted to us since it was the companies error and the reply he got was no and that he would issue a refund. The "customer service" rep laughed about my husbands predicament and said it was a minor inconvenience and my husband asked to speak with a manager. A man with a thick accent got on the phone and told my husband to "relax and have a fu****g beer, we are going to issue a f****ng refund". My husband then hung up on the man after saying a few choice words. I then called back and spoke with "Michael Julian" which is a made up name. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I was speaking to one. He then proceeded to tell me that usually wedding parties pay for the groomsmens suits. Then I asked for Michael Anderson and he said he had left for the day, I asked if he had a voice mail and Michael Julian said it was full and wouldn't take any messages, so I told him I would call back tomorrow to speak with Michael Anderson. Michael julian then said "yeah great, just continue to call back repeatedly. Then another man got on the phone and said Michael Anderson doesn't have time for me. I asked who i was speaking to and he said "loco" and he just hysterically laughed at me and I just said I'll call back tomorrow and speak with someone about getting them fired. Michael Julian then said that was Michael Anderson and he is the owner and I can't get the owner fired. I called back a few days later about my refund and the owner with the thick accent said that he was drunk that night and that he was sorry.

The westwood boulevard store is about as filthy and disgusting as any business i have ever seen. If you are from the Los Angeles area, the only thing comparable would be the Slauson Swap meet. The owner is a young Persian kid who is named Ashkan. As he screams at any customer entering the store salivating at the prospect of a sale, he WILL in fact, tell you to get lost if you didnt make an appointment or arent "buying". As i have read on other threads within this forum, This is as about as accurate a description gets!
ALL suits sold are made of polyester, NONE are wool. All tags are cut out of each suit as to hide its true nature. The suits are purchased from Santee Alley Downtown Los Angeles, and are marked up drastically. This is also what is known as a Dropshipper company whereas each suit is shipped from a remote location. You are sent whatever suit matches closest to what you are looking for. You will NOT be getting the exact style number you are looking at! I have received THREE wrong suits from them before i turned to doing a CC chargeback and visited their location to confirm. NOTE: They are already in hotwater with their Merchant provider and will do absolutely anything to appease you at the point of you NOT doing a chargeback. Ask for shipping both ways to be refunded as well.
NO one in this company is who they say they are. NO michael, Valentino, Shawn, T.B Shapiro, Michael Anderson etc.... This company is already under investigation for its multiple personalities and ownership claims. The sole idiot in charge is a young Persian kid named "Ashkan". HE is the person you will want to talk to, and the one who authorized my refund. He is also the rude fellow who hangs up the phone in your face after insulting you. This ONE person is responsible for the mess you will get yourself into if you shop with these guys. If you call there, and they say that there is no "Ashkan", they are simply lying to you. It has always amazed me at the middle eastern mentality on the fascination with wanting to "be Italian". They mimic their names, fashion, styles and prospect of trying to emulate them business-wise. When in fact, they are a self loathing bunch of moronic dweebs who provide customer service similar to a mugging."

"Suit purchased Was not the suit I got. I feel the retailer lied about the suit. Site says "If somehow we mistakenly misrepresented the item we will reimburse the full amount paid plus return shipping cost." Asked the retailer for refund retailer refused without a 20% restocking fee ,site says 10 %. Also the ratings on the site appear to be fake. Beware ! UPDATE UPDATE have now had to initiate Visa Charge back . I have also informed My local district attorney about possible criminal fraud. "
"Terrible Company to do business with. Refund policies are not true. I tried to buy a suit from this company and they send you what they want you to have instead of what you ordered. This happened twice. I was promised a refund but that hasn't happened. I called them today and Angelo tells me to contact my credit card company, that they will give me my money back. I checked the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles and the company has a rating of "F." They have not responded to any of the inquiries sent by the BBB. Most of the complaints are about none receiving of items ordered, refunds not given and not honoring their guarantee. My recommendation to anyone considering purchasing anything from this company is, "DON'T."

"They took my money and never delivered anything. The reviews on their website are fabricated images. They are slow to answer emails and phone calls (if they even answer). Paypal was initially unable to recover any funds.

Update: Finally received a package on 11/2 (about five weeks after placing the order) but I am trying to return it since I had already bought a suit from another vendor.
