"There needs to be a true omnichannel experience and handoff when customers buy from any men's warhorse channel. My last experience was subpar. Purchased online and selected option to ship to store, however the store was very unhelpful fulfilling the order. Had a lot of runaround before getting customer experience rep sort things out and got the store to fulfill. Ended up being resolved satisfactorily but that should not have to happen to any customer again."
"Extremely poor. I wanted to make my purchase in a store, but was told I was unable to purchase through that channel if I wanted my order shipped to my house (crazy!). I got sized at the store and went online to finalize my order. Apparently, the size had been pre-filled due to this so I was unable to view them or make any changes. I called and they told me to go through with the order and then call back to see what size it was and make changes. Incredibly terrible experience."
