"Probably the worst experience I've had with a rented tux. A price lock for a specific suit that I was fitted for. Paid for the deposit and expected what was ordered. The suit was no longer "in stock" and was switched to a higher priced suit without keeping the same locked price. I was charged an extra 86$ for the suit which was almost double the original price lock. There was no communication to myself, the customer, which I had no other option for the event I had to attend. This is by far the worst way for a business to operate if they want to keep loyal customers. Unless this is corrected in a way that meets my expectations, I will not be using this store again."
