I normally don't write reviews or contact customer service but I need some immediate assistance with my order and experience.
I went into store #3229 a few times before ordering my suits for my wedding/honeymoon. At first my fiance' and I didn't know what I was going to wear since we were getting married in Port Canaveral, Florida on August 11, 2018. The staff was always willing to help show any promotions or show me any type of line or style.
We finally decided to order on 2-18-2018. I purchased two complete suits: jacket, pants, vest, under shirt, and tie. One suit was for my wedding party and was told we could start a group as long as I paid for my order in full. That was not a problem.
We did not take any clothing home that day due to having to order one of my suits and the suit for my wedding needs to be altered. A few days later I received an email saying shirts were 50% off. I logged into my account and saw it shows I never bought/ordered anything. So I called the store and spoke to jack (store manager) and he then says I didn't purchase the undershirts or the ties. Said he must have forgot to ring them in on the order.
I didn't like that he didn't order them but he did try to make it right by still honoring the 3 for $99 special at the time I was buying them.
Then a couple of my groomsmen have went to mens warehouse in other cities and can't find my group. I have contacted the store 3 times and I get told they lost my file due to a computer glitch. I leave my name and number and am told they will contact me the next day to make sure everything is set up right. I understand things happen but it seems as long as the store makes the sale after that its not a priority. Both my fiance' and I are extremely unhappy about sending my groomsmen to buy suits and they waste there time due to it not being in the system. "

"The website is awful. It doesn't load properly all of the time and the scroll bar is constantly moving the page as I try to scroll up/down the page which causes me to lose my spot. Also, the website crashes when I try to add and remove filter options every time. Because the filters do not work properly, I am forced to scroll through all of the items on the sale page (2,000+) so after a few minutes I get frustrated and stop shopping. If the website worked better, I'd spend more time shopping and probably buy more!"
"There were multiple problems with the whole wedding rental. The first salesmen had the whole thing in a mess. He rented different suits to 3 of the wedding party. They lost measurements, lost deposits, one suit was dirty, lots of measurements were wrong …. etc. Very rude (male)manager told me how all the problems was caused by us and we did not do the rental right. I am not sure how I caused (lost measurements, lost deposits, one suit was dirty, lots of measurements were wrong)."
