"I really like shopping online at Men's Wearhouse for its convenience because I live 150 miles away from the closest store. I really, really enjoyed the Missoula store because of the excellent service. The Idaho Falls store left much to be desired as far as service goes. There were many young men sitting at the table and one on the phone and one or two in the back, but no one would wait on us. When I asked the men at the table, one of them said the one on the phone would help us, but he had been on the phone for a long while and it didn't look like he was going to be getting off the phone anytime soon. Finally, one of them went to get someone out of the back to help my son with tailoring his suit pants so they weren't so long."

"This place is absolutely horrible. My mother purchased two shirts for christmas. French cuff. One was a tuxedo shirt. I could not find the receipt. I just wanted to exchange the tuxedo shirt for a French cuff dress shirt as she requested in the first place. That was not possible. They picked the tuxedo shirt for her. They didn't even know they sent her out with a tuxedo shirt. Must sell alot of those. I then had to spend the day looking for the receipt for an exchange. The first visit a waited 15 min for "Ron" the manager that never came out to help. The second visit he was at the counter. Didnt respond to my "How is your afternoon?" was already on the defensive, and seemed exhausted standing. Waist of my time and money. Rather spend $20 more at Jos A Bank and have great customer service. Quality just doesn't come in the shirt it also comes in the experience."
