"Generally there is real need for improvement. We took pants in for repair etc. and when we picked the up the repair had not been done. Had to repeat the procedure, another two weeks. Also placed an online order and received the order number and confirmation but merchandise was never sent. When I tracked the order they claimed there was no such number to track."
