"4 months ago I made a large order from Menlook of clothing for my boyfriends christmas presents. One t-shirt did not fit him so I contacted menlook to request to return that particular t-shirt. They seemed happy for me to return the item for a full refund and provided me with a return label but did advise me that a refund make take up to 21 days. It has now been over 3 months since I sent the item back using the provided labels and I have not received a refund or even had acknowledgement of the return from Menlook.
Every time I try to contact Menlook on this matter they do not answer their phone lines and they ignore every email I send them.
Prior to taking my money Menlook seemed very professional and I had no concerns with ordering with them, however as soon as it has come to them giving my money back they have been the complete opposite and impossible to get hold of.
I am now in the process of taking legal action against Menlook in order to retrieve my money back, as they have left me with no other option, as suggested by my bank."

I purchased an item well in advance for a very important event and used the next day delivery service at the cost £11 and then I received an email from Dominika 3 days later to say that my order will delayed and that the delivery charge will be refunded back to my bank account which was has not returned. I called Menlook and the customer service behaviour which reflected the service that I received was ABSOULOTY SHOCKING! Maggie on the customer service team was very rude to me shouting at me and said that she would send an email to DHL to track my order and that I should wait for my item to arrive. This service has effected my personal life and caused nothing but trouble for me as I have taken time off work and spent money on making 7p per minute phone calls back to back to Menlook to get nothing but abuse. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that there was no manager on site which goes to that this is a bogus company.

Worst customer service ever
A new pair of £ 248.74 jeans with a failing stitching, even before being washed.
I knew that it was the last pair, so i wrote them and offered them this:
Hi, I was so happy with the jeans, but today I saw that the stitching was failing between the legs.
on which mail can I send you a picture of the problem?
Problem is that you dont have any more left of the same model, and I am really happy about them.
I can maybe get a tailor to repair them, and then I would be happy with a compensation.
Its both the stitching between the legs, and on the side stitching (The trademark stitching of DRKSHDW)

They wrote me back:
Dear Mr Rohr,
Following your mail showing that there was a stitching problem on the jeans, we will offer you a voucher to compensate this inconvenience.
Thank you for confirming you accept the voucher of £ 10.00. We will email you a promotional code to enter before confirming your next order at Menlook.

So I wrote em back:
Sorry for being a little sarcastic here, but if the £ 10.00. is compensation for the inconvenience, then who will pay for the tailor to fix the stitching?
The tailor alone will probably be £ 20.00. alone.
Last option would be to just return it back to you for a full refound.
They answered:
Dear Mr Rohr,
We received your email of march, 4.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the jeans as it has been worn and following our terms and conditions, any item has to be returned in good condition and in their plastic wraps.
Thank you for telling us if you accept our voucher of £ 20.00.
We remain at your disposal for any further query.

I just wrote em back:
The jeans was clearly in a bad condition already when i recieved it, I didnt even wash em yet, and your telling me that I am not able to return it if I want to?
Is it normal that you sell clothes of a bad quality, and then refuses to refound?
F....k! the 20 pounds, dont want to shop at menlook again anyway, they clearly dont refound if the clothes fall apart before even being washed.
UPDATE.
After sending a link to this rewiew, in a mail to Menlook, they sudently decide to call me on my phone, and promised me a refound of 20 pounds through my Paypal account.
I agreed, since the tailor was only 10€
Just after we made the agreement they asked about this rewiew, and I promised to finish it, I think they thought I meant delete it.
But I would never do that, because it was clearly a matter of this rewiew, that I got some money in refound.
And if it takes a rewiew to get your money back, the rewiew really has its place here.
Goodbye Menlook, I will never see you again."
