I am now going on week 3 without a refund. I have UPS tracking info, order details, etc and customer service tells me I sent the items to the wrong place. When I prove I didn't (pics of the UPS tracking records), they say they can't find them and I must have sent them to the competitor. Then they find the problem on their end but can't issue a refund for another week. The best part...I found the same items on Amazon, paid nothing for fast shipping and they arrived in half the time. "I have been a regular customer of theirs. Bought over USD3200 worth of stuffs over the course of 3 years. But as of late, their practice have been that of a low life thief and service excruciatingly appalling.

Point 1:
They take orders of yours despite some items are out of stock. They then mention, they will send once the items comes to stock. Two weeks later, I get an email that they can't stock it and so they gave me choice of credit card refund or store credit. I opted for credit card refund. But guess what? They money never got refunded.

Point 2:
I don't receive the shipment of the items, have sent several emails but no reply. I just about had enough, their something called as taking it up with your bank. My bank got their hands so far up their a**, it must have been very painful for them, all was refunded within 5 days.

Point 3:
Once my credit card issuing bank asked for a chargeback, I had all the emails to prove my point. And they none going for them to back them up to fight the claim. On day 5 of claim from my bank, they come back to me with a happy smiley service like all was okay! And trying to convince me everything is okay and they have shipped the item, well if you have, at least be in touch with your customer, as to why it never came. Also that got nothing to do with refunding the back ordered items, them bunch of hyenas. "
