"I bought multiple cars from S. CA. dealership, Fletcher Jones M, every time they lied to us about services and quality of the car, accessories, price, and etc.

Their trick customer and sell and you will find out things in contract that cost you 10s of Dollars which they told you otherwise.

The customer service is terrible. If you complain about the car qualities you will get additional charges.
In my case they took registration fees back from DMV, has that's right, and charged me for it after I visited the dealership and complained about horrible water leak from top.
Yes, unbelievable. They ignore you, they lie to you, they do lots of dihonest actions to cover up their problem.

I can't believe how they are treating customers.
Never try to buy from this dealer and never trust even one word they tell you about the car, fixtures, and accessories that they say the car has.
Totaly dishonest sale reps, and customer service, and repair staff.
If you don't believe me, go and do the same mistake I did, and buy from them, you will regret it."
