May Have Possibly Turned Their Company Around

"Ordered a "The Story So Far" longsleeve and "A Lot Like Birds" dad hat, got them about a week and a half later on international shipping (Canada). Was scared after reading the reviews, but I may have just been lucky. My friend's order took 5 months after accidentally shipping the package to Albania. Came with a free CD too which is cool. Sizing and everything was correct."

This store is abysmal

"Ordered a hoodie, shirt, some records and CDs. The shirt and one of the records were a preorder supposed to ship out on 1/3/18. The shipping date keeps getting pushed back (8 times already). I sent 2 e-mails asking for an explanation. When I didn't receive any response, I canceled my order. The confirmation page said it would take up to 5 days to get a refund. It's been 8 days; No response, no refund. I'd say the customer service is atrocious, but there is no customer service. Do yourself a favor and never shop on Merchnow"

Delivery Never Arrived and Zero Communication To Resolve

"I ordered a CD from them which never arrived, sent an email to try to get the situation resolved but have heard NOTHING back. The customer service is apparently just a form on their website without any actual staff to back it up. Will never be ordering from this place again."

"Ordered my daughter a pair of leggings. Was sent completely different pair. Was instructed to send wrong pair back and did. Asked to send tracking number & did. Been trying to resolve this since NOVEMBER 29th!! - and once they received the product back- no communication. All I can do now is dispute the order w/my bank. Ridiculous. I didn't even want to give ONE star- but there was no other option!

Missing delivery and ZERO communication

"I recently ordered three shirts from Merchnow, one was in stock and two were soon to be stocked. It's simple, you take the in-stock item and put it aside as you wait for the additional items to show up. My package showed up 2 weeks after it was supposed to, with only the 2 newly stocked items included and a torn invoice that still had the missing shirt included. Mysteriously enough, the missing shirt was highlighted, but nothing else indicated that anything was out of the ordinary. I emailed their site twice, giving a few days in between the first one. No response. I called their customer service hotline expressing my frustration. Nothing. I still have not heard anything from MerchNow and don't expect to, but I will never do business with this scummy company ever again. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service this bad.

Go anywhere but here.

"I guess it just depends on what you order, but I ordered Merch from a popular band and did the random shirt thing and got a cool ! Sold out shirt that’s not on MN But on other sites. It took a little while to ship but came in like a week."

Must've been the lucky one.

"I will admit, I was afraid to purchase a sweater from this company given the reviews on this site as well as the BBB. I placed my order on Wednesday the 13th and just got it today just in time for Christmas. Santa has smiled upon me, Jesus, I was afraid that it was going to be delayed like everyone else's order but everything came on time, the size was right, the hoodie was exactly what I ordered so I am really happy with this purchase! Good job MerchNow, you totes didn't drop the ball on my order! "

Order delayed EVERY time

"I have pre-ordered vinyl through merchnow at least 4 times now (if not more) and every time it is delayed by weeks, if not months. Sending constant emails is useless as they are all ignored. Filed a complaint with the BBB and finally got a response through them. But they basically placed the blame on the record labels and did not care at all about the negative experiences I have had every time I have ordered through them. They charge for 7 day shipping even if the product is received 60+ days after it was supposed to arrive. I will not be doing anymore business is them and urge others to do the same. They do not care about their customers."

$130 stolen!

"I ordered 4 shirts and 5 cds for a total of $126 after shipping, and one of the shirts is apparently out of stock. However, I haven't received any information about it and they say that they have the shirt and it'll be ready to ship in a month but they bump the shipping date back another day every single day! I emailed customer service and never got a response, asked to have that shirt refunded and have the rest of the order shipped to me and they won't even answer me. Terrible service"

Too lazy to even do their job

"I ordered 2 tshirts.
Some time later, they tell me they don't have one in stock, so will send me the second and refund the first. Supposedly, they sent me an e-mail to ask if I was ok with that, but never got that e-mail.
Once I got the warning to pick my parcel, I was informed I had to pay 26USD in taxes! For a 16USD tshirt!
Once I got home I realized that they never updated the package, so they decided to write on the package that I had 2 tshirts and a package value of almost 40USD, when that was a total lie!

Sent an e-mail to customer service, to ask for a refund for at least a part of these taxes, as it is their responsibility to provide the correct information. Still haven't heard anything.

Definitely not recommended!

I can't believe a company like this still exists in 2017.

"I've emailed them several times a week for almost 3 months now about my refund because my items never arrived and my card was stolen around the same time. after about 2 months into this process someone finally offers me a refund through PayPal but now I haven't heard a single thing back from them and I've resorted to spamming their email daily. can we get a class action lawsuit for something like this?"

HORRIBLE MERCHANDISE AND SERVICE

"My sons ordered a shirt for me for my birthday. It arrived packed in a box with crumpled up posters. The shirt itself looked as though it had been worn and washed, as it was wide horizontally and short vertically. I called to make a complaint, but could only get voicemail. I have called several times, left 2 messages, written an email, and left a message via their site contact forum. Per their return policy, I am supposed to pay to ship this sub-standard product back and pay a $2 restocking fee for the used product they sent me. This site is run by crooks!"

Get your **** together

"They sent me the wrong order at first. Then it took them over a week to get the right order shipped to me, when I called about it (one week later) After putting me on hold for 5 minutes the guy picks up and goes "oh! Looks like we shipped it out today" No hurry & no discount. It's now been 3 weeks and still no freaking tshirt... get your **** together or at least make it worth my while."

I forgot who the bad merch site was, then I was reminded

"I ordered two shirts, a vinyl and a poster. After check out the website said it would take 3-5 business days to process and then my 2 day shipping would apply. I would have not rushed the shipping but it was only $2 more than normal shipping and I was excited for my items. Shipping alone was half of my order which I wasn't happy with to begin with.
After almost three weeks I emailed the customer service and told them how ridiculous that I hadn't received anything further than my order was being processed.
I received no response back, just all of the sudden my order had been shipped.
It's almost like these people sit on their **** hands all day and wait for you to remind them that you ordered something from them.
No more Merch Now buys, I'll stick to Merch Connection.

Pre order DONT DO IT

"Pre ordered a vinyl 2 months in advance, then a week after its release and four emails that never got a reply was told they had run out???? And it was now sold out!!! Now the variant I wanted is up on discogs for stupid money! Never ever going to use this company again. "
