I was so fed up with the same old hard Rotis that will become rock the next day and I started feeling in my body that I wasn't getting the full nutrition from just dal and sabzi. The best thing is the fact that they add raw fruits and veggies salad that one should eat before eating any carbs or cooked food such as rice, chapati and indian dishes."
