"Good store. Respond quickly to questions. They bought two phones - delivery to Russia took about a month. Phones have been tested and I have complaints about the quality of goods has not arisen. Recommend to use the services of this shop"
"After looking at cell phones in the stores from Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile in the U.S., I decided I wanted a 5" screen, nothing smaller, and I did not want a 2 year contract, and I did not want to pay almost $100.00 a month for a plan with data and text. So that pretty much ruled out all the hyped phones like Samsung Galaxy and Apple iPhone. So in doing a Google search, Merimobiles.com came up with a whole bunch of 5" screen phones, including the A-830 from Lenovo, released in May, 2013. Since then the A-850 came out with a 5.5" screen, but I am happier with the 5" as it fits in my pocket and is easier to hold and I have an iPad for larger screen viewing.
Since I have purchased two Lenovo notebooks and love them, I thought I could trust the brand more than all the brands I'd never heard of at merimobiles. I conducted several chat sessions about the phone and the options and ended up going with the white, rooted, install screen protector, install Google Play, and back cover (skip this, just get a flip cover that has front and back cover for about seven bucks on e-Bay) with expedited DHL shipping (upgrade from free shipping). There was some back and forth about the white color being more money, but we cut a deal and I added just a little to the kitty to get things rolling. After all I was saving about five hundred bucks compared to U.S. unlocked smartphones.
The phone arrived in the USA very fast and it worked great right out of the box (after charging) with my existing AT&T sim card. But after 36 days, the phone had no mobile signal, just wifi. I was put in touch with Ace in tech help and we trouble shot it after I'd spent hours on the phone with At&T support to no avail. Finally Ace suggested a last resort to flash the phone with new software, which I had done at a local shop in the U.S., and still no mobile signal.
So we initiated a return for having the phone factory re-set at Lenovo in China to renew all the Lenovo software and apps. The postage for Priority Mail was over $40.00, ouch, but at least the phone had a one year warranty and no fees for the repair. Also, I did not have to pay for shipping the phone back to me.
My phone arrived out of the blue and had no AT&T mobile network signal at all. I took the phone to a T-Mobile store and asked them to put in an active sim card and it had full bars G signal on the display. I purchased a T-Mobile sim card with activation kit on e-Bay and put it into the phone and voila! Full strength mobile signal from T-Mobile. Although I think my phone needs 2100 mhz frequency for 3G, this phone is only 2100 mhz on WCDMA, which is not available in CA, USA, but is all over Canada, mid-west USA, Europe and Asia.
So check the frequencies needed for your wireless carrier and what's on the phone before you buy. I just didn't know what WCDMA was at the time, and since the phone had 2100 I thought I was all set. With T-Mobile I have unlimited data and text and just 100 minutes for $30.00/month, USA only, but I also have Viber with all my regular calls which is unlimited free over mobile network (similar to skype, but you just use their regular phone number and no logging in every time).
OK, so to sum it all up: Got a fantastic 5" screen Lenovo smartphone with a 40 hour battery life, unlocked, with all the goodies, no tax, for about $200.00 from a company that worked with me to fix problems and did a warranty repair after troubleshooting.
So just be patient and you'll have a good result with this company. My phone is working great after the re-set and everyone who sees it wants to know about it.
BTW, T-Mobile has a Refer-A-Friend that pays for referral to who refers and who is referred, wish I could be a contact...

"Bought tablet (Pipo M9pro non 3G) from merimobiles and overall i`m satisfied with everything except one thing: on their page it says PIPO M9 Pro RK3188 Quad Core 1.8GHz, on tablets specs say Quad Core Rk3188 1.8GHZ but there is NO 1.8 Ghz but only 1.6GHz model. Asked them for explanation and they answered this: You ordered a tablet with the rk3188 SoC.
This chip runs up to 1.8ghz.
When you checked it you can see it's running at 1.6ghz. That's because of Pipo. They designed it to run at 1.6ghz for optimum balance with performance and battery life.
If you check here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rockchip it says it runs up to 1.8ghz. You can actually overclock the tablet if you like but it's not advisable.
Are you ppl fkin kidding me?!?

"I received the parcel containing NO.1 N3 MTK6589T Quad Core 1.5Ghz 5.7 Inch IPS Screen Dual Camera mobile phone on 13/01/2014. This was my first international online shopping. I was somewhat doubtful about the success of it. But I am overwhelmed by your customer care services. I got prompt and correct reply of my doubts whenever I inquired by mailing you or while online chatting about the shipment. Since last two days I am using this N3 No.1 mobile. The product is great. Exceedingly smooth running, great display, fast processor. Great surfing experience. Fully loaded with all latest features like air gesture NFC AIR VIEW S BEAM etc.. All working great. Great product in this budget. Thanks merimobiles."
"I bought a phone from Merimobiles.com over 2 weeks ago. Having placed the order I inquired about the status of my order. I was then told that they didn't have the phone in stock. I asked for a refund and was persuaded to wait a couple of days to see if the phone could be sourced. After 2 days of waiting I asked for an update, and was told that the phone was in stock, but that my card needed to be verified. So, the next day I gave them my number to verify on, low and behold, no phone call. Talking to them on their live chat system, I was told that the phone was out of stock. ("It's a hot selling phone", I was told...hmmmm....).
Accepting the dubious claim I asked for a refund. It has been over two weeks since I ordered a phone I believe they never actually had in stock, and I still don't have a phone, or a refund. It's frustrating because the money I have tied up with them is to be used to replace my non functioning phone.
The bottom line to this review is to warn that they sell phones they don't actually have. While I appreciate that it can be risky to buy lots of stock that may turn out to be unsellable in a months time, I find the lies and length of time it has taken for a refund entirely unacceptable.
Customer service can be hit and miss. Sometimes I'd speak to a helpful agent, other times I'd get lies.
BUYER BEWARE, if you don't have enough disposable cash to cover waiting absolutely ages to be refunded for a transaction that never should have taken place, avoid this store.
I'll be posting this on all the review sites I can find.
Kind regards,
Mikeanywhere"

"Okay first of all this was the site i checked merimobiles first to see if their trusted, and i saw that they had the most reviews from costumers and they answered to most of them.
Then i got in touch with their support and asked about different phones (all of them were lenovo), and they really answered, very friendly guys, especially JOSH.
So basically i risked myself and ordered two phones, lenovo a850, for me and a friend with a total over 300$. So yeah, if they were scammers i would have probably cried a lot, but FORTUNATELY this was not the case.
After i made my order, i used DHL, i asked a couple of favors, to get a lower vat, lol ( it worked btw lol)., i was ready to wait for my shipment :-) .
Just after a few days i got my package and i was like ''wut if they don't work... i'm dead...'', but again this was not the case, cuz they WORKED, PERFECTLY. Yeah so i have an awesome rooted phone, cuz i ordered it rooted, and i'm very happy with it.
BTW,guys i'm very happy with the fone , i wanted a dual sim but did not expect such a good quality item, even the camera is awesome, for its 5Mpx. My friend love it too, he was shocked by the size of its screed, cuz he had before a 2 incher nokia LMFAO, and he's on it 24/7. I guess he's satisfied too... :-)
But that is not all... my uncle saw my a850 and obviously i had to order another two a850 for him and his wife, they got it for Christmas, good packaging and good phones, but i remember now he asked me if i could install romanian language for him, can you help me with it, he doesn't know english,lol....
About the warranty, i pray to GOD, not to need it...
So yeah, thats it, i bought 4 phone , all work great, am happy with screen size, even though my first option was white lenovo a830, this one is bigger and i'm happier...so...
CHEERS 2 MERIMOBILES
and i'm expecting the new MTK 8 cores hahaha :-) "
"If you buy something from this merchant, pray that the phone/tablet is not defective. If you are unlucky and receive one that is not fully functional, then the nightmare will come. If you chose to do an exchange, it will take approximately 3 months. If you want a refund, their teams will find a way to apply a 20% restocking fee (you already pay $30 for return shipping and must use USPS, which is not trackale for China region unless you choose express mail). On my android tablet order, they argue that the feature is not listed on the spec page. They don't list everything an android device should be able to do on their page. The tablet is even much thicker than the spec listed. The tablet wifi tethering did not work properly when I test it, but they claim the manufacturer said there is no problem with it. If you have a chance to test their claimed 5 MP camara (Window Mini One), I would say the quality is only better than my old flip phone, which is 1.3 Vga. Worst customer service I ever deal with.
Updated: Seller finally agree to charge 10% re-stocking fee and refund. I am happy it is over. However, I would not recommend it to anyone."
"I have used Merimobiles three times, buying an android tablet in 2011 and two Lenovo phones in 2012 and 2013 and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. After sales is always polite and courteous although I have never had reason to return anything."
"I am on the other side of the planet and i wanted a Chinese smart phone. Merimobiles had high rating so i went with them. It took a few days longer to ship as they had to call and make sure i was who i claimed to be. But in the end I got a great product and all went well. I would not buy a Chinese smartphone from anywhere else but merimobiles. They are the best."
"Bought ZTE V889. Very satisfied.Large screen.Enough memory (512MB+4GB). Decent camera. Android 4.1. Responsive. At reasonable price.
Notice: It's not guaranteed that this mobile phone will always read microSD card bigger than 8gb. But it's up to manufacturer and not merimobiles.
Great cellphone.Lousy microsd support."
"I have bought a number of Android phones and tablets from Merimobiles over the last 18 months. I think their website is excellent and descriptions are reliable. I think their value and service has been outstanding. In a couple of cases I needed help to understand how to fully use the devices. Their after sales service and technical help has been absolutely outstanding. The best I have ever received. I cannot recommend this company highly enough"

"I ordered a Hyundai Play X X900 quad core android tablet from MeriMobiles recently, almost a month ago now. I am as thrilled with it now as that day when I excitedly opened the package! I have several tablets, two 7" ones and a 4.3" one. None of the others get over 3.5 hours battery life, but the Hyundai goes all day long! Looking at settings just now, it shows 8 hours on battery and it is still at 70%. I'm sure that I'm getting this great performance because I had my tablet "rooted", which means they installed a custom ROM in it, which has all that 'bloat-ware' removed. All that stuff you never use but can't uninstall, and otherwise just runs in the background and that just drains battery power. The larger screen in the Hyundai is really sharp and bright and clear. Oh, also, the sound is great. You can actually HEAR your music or movie! The tablet is a super deal, and buying from MeriMobiles was a real pleasure. They kept in touch with me on the status of my order, and just made doing business a good experience. When I decide to order another tablet, I already know where I will be dealing with... MeriMobiles!"
