"I ordered Ployer momo12 a 10.1? tablet. The item was OK.
I had some troubles with the order, since the item was not shipped as it should be. Merimobiles claimed that the item was not shipped because on the order I did not specifically write my phone number (which is really stupid, since they have all my data when I registered on the site). However my problem with this was not about the delay but about the fact that they did not notify me of this and only after a while when I sent them a really angry email did they reply and let me know about the ?problems? they have encountered.
After some more sending mails back and forth with merimobiles manager Stone, he apparently made things right and my item was soon sent on and arrived exactly one month after order.
Luckily the item was in perfect working order so they delivered what I ordered and even included capacitive gloves and a free screen protector.
Singapore post tracking is a bit of a sham also, since they only provide tracking within singapore, but it is a good indicator that your item actually letf singapore and is on it's way towards you.
Despite this initial problems I am inclined to buy there again if I need some electronics gadget in the future."

I bought 1 x PIPO M6 Pro Built-in 3G Quad Core RK3188 1.6GHz Android 4.2 9.7 Inch Retina IPS 2048*1536 from merimobiles and since I received the tablet I am facing this issue of battery discharge even when it is not in use which still persists due to lack of technical support.
I have also written many times to merimobiles regarding my billing queries but haven't received a single reply from them which is really not customer friendly experience.
I would like to thanks ACE guy who come forward to help me in technical support but my problem stills persists due to the point that version to firmware was Chinese and also everytime I tried to download I got stuck at 99.99% and it asks for a password which was not provided to me .Ace even forwarded my billing querries to billing department but still no reply .I have lost all hopes of everything sorted out soon simply because there is always an issue with Chinese companies regarding firmware upgrade and software upgrade ."

This time, I bought an android phone. Their took some days to send it, then with tracking I could know where it is easily (EMS shipping).

I received a Korean phone, but as I expected a 4.1 version of android, I got it with 2.3.
I contacted Merimobiles's support wich helped me to upgrade the phone, now with 4.1 firmware.

In the phone package, they also give me free capacitive gloves, a free case for the phone and a free screen protection.

I purchased a Star Note II N9770 phone on 1/8/13. I've never ordered anything from a China based retailer before so I was a little nervous. After reading positive reviews on resellerratings.com and looking at a few forums I decided to place the order.

Order processing went smooth. I received a confirmation email right away. They did say it would take up to 3 business days to process the order. My Paypal account was charged a few days later but I still did not get an email saying it was shipped. I sent an email to them and also IM'd them on the 13th. In the chat they said that by Monday I should be getting an email stating that it has been shipped.

I did receive that email on the 14th stating it was shipped along with a tracking number. I choose the "free" shipping which can take up to 12-14 business days. I received the phone on the 30th so it to 11 business days (very happy with that). The postman did bring it to my door because I had to sign a piece of paper stating that I received it (I liked that too).

The box was wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap and then wrapped in plastic. So far the phone works great. I feel I was given what I expected based on the information provided on the website. I will probably be ordering another phone from them soon. "
