"I bought an Oppo Finder X907 16GB from Merimobiles and I am very content with their service. The phone arrived in the Netherlands in 5 working days and it was packed very well and safely. Included was a free screen protector, a free phone case and the European adapter I asked for. Unfortunately they did not install Dutch as a secondary language, which I asked for too. However, the customer service responded very fast to my email and they helped me to install it myself. Too bad the specifications on the Merimobiles do not list the fact that a micro sim is needed, resulting in me not being able to use my new phone right away.
All in all I would definitely recommend ordering from Merimobiles."

"Ordered an Ampe A10 Quadcore tablet from is dealer and rate the service as outstanding. Merimobiles kept me informed through the whole transaction and made sure a critical software update was made before the item was sent. I chose the free shipping and it took a reasonable 15 days to get to my door in Greece. It could have been faster but the Greek Post was on strike for several days. The product was exactly as advertised and service was great. I would highly recommend this dealer. One piece of advice when dealing with Chinese vendors; make sure the product is in stock. Many web stores list items that are "preorder" and this is not always obvious. Also try to be understanding; sometimes we communicate using English idioms that foreign English users may not completely understand. Try to avoid this. I will be using this company again because the service was good and I got exactly what I ordered.

"I have been unable to find a rugged case with a holster & belt clip for my phone. I finally found one at Meimobiles that appeared to be exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent. It shipped quickly; but, said it would be 14-21 business days. When I tried to use the tracking number provided in the shipping acknowledgement, it did not appear in any tracking service. I emailed customer service. They QUICKLY responded and assured me that the item had shipped. They apologized for the fact the on low-cost orders like mine, the tracking number was registered with a service. when I advised them that this was confusing and misleading, they again apologized and said they would recommend that the wording be changed.

Shortly after this, the item arrived and, UNFORTUNATELY, it did not match the item I ordered. I, again, wrote customer service and, again, they quickly, responded. They were EXTREMELY polite and apologetic and asked, since I was inconvenienced so, would I accept a full refund and let me keep the product. They also asked, if I had the time, would I please take pictures of the item for them so that they could review was was shipped with what is on their website and make corrections.

In all correspondence, they (actually, Jay) were extremely courteous and made me feel valued even though we were deal with issues over an $8.00 product."

"Never buy from Merimobiles! I bought a Zenithink C92 1GHz 8GB 10.2 inch HDMI Android ICS 4.0.3 which didn't charge at the first day (DOA). Due to their warranty if the product has technical problems within 30 days either they send it a new one or refund the money. They asked me to re-ship it so as to repair it. I send it back 23/08/2012. Till now, I have emailed them a thousand times so as to know what they are going to do. Their answers are abstractive (the product is tested, they send it to another factory now, it doesn't pass the test etc).

I have paid an item and I don't have it.

Thus, with the tablet I bought a case (11/26/2012). They never shipped it. They promised it they will ship it seperately cause they were out of stock. Since then, even though I emailed so many times and they promised me to send it I haven't received it till now."

"First of all I have to say that Merimobiles has great products at good prices, however the customer service I received is less than stellar.

My tablet was shipped with a faulty charger. It happens...I called customer service, the guy was very nice. He promised to send a confirmation email and resend a new charger. I'm happy. That was two weeks ago.... I still have nor received any word on my charger.I have called numerous times and left a message I have received no reply.

I'm not waiting anymore, I'm buying one myself.

"I've now bought several Items from Merimobiles and I've got to say they have been great to deal with. The online help center has been fantastic and Jay in particular, has been a pleasure to deal with.

There have been a couple of errors in orders, such as a phone not having been rooted, and tablet I ordered not being the same as the described one, but everything was worked out smoothly and I was left very happy with the exchange. Their are a lot of other websites out there that sell similar items to Merimobiles, but I have found them to be the cheapest and the friendliest to deal with. Also upon checkout there are a heap of accessories that can be added to the sale, and other websites just don't offer that, or the range.

I highly recommend these guys. Try them out."

"I bought two items 5 business days ago, got a bit of trouble contacting merimobiles and mis-understanding as their communication service needs to improve in my opinion.I got in contact with them today after I wrote this review and after finally getting a clear response, it would seem DHL was messing up with my address which is not their fault.
