"Its has bin a long time on its way to get here in holland, custom check at chinapost, and i think due to the holiday in china, recieved it at 17-okt.....But in perfect condition! I also mention that there was nice communication al the way when i asked for it! But only 1 a 2 emails a day....But Very helpfull!

"I've ordered 3 tablets and the same number of IP cameras from Merimobiles and overall have been very satisfied with the company in general and specifically their customer service. When I've had questions, I got a response by email and have been able to deal with a real person. While it may be easy to order products direct from China, it isn't as easy to find out what's going on when problems arise. In those cases, support like that I've seen from Merimobiles is critical. "

"Shopping with Merimobiles has to be the most disappointing experience i have ever been through. I placed an order for a Pantech Sky Vega Racer S5 phone on the 09/10/2012 and got the usual order confirmation email and nothing else so i decided to wait and see what would happen next. Then yesterday 15/10/2012 i contacted Merimobiles via their web chat and spoke to Janey, asked her about my order and she initially assured me my order had already been shipped and would be with me in 23 days.

I was in shock as i paid extra for dhl shipping and mentioned that to her and she then corrected herself saying i should get my order in 3-6 days which i thought was fine only problem was my order status was stuck on awaiting fulfillment not shipped. I asked for the dhl tracking number and she signed out of the chat but i sat there waiting for her for 30 mins and when she came back i asked again and she claimed she could not give it to me and that it would be emailed to me instead.

So today 16/10/2012 i decided to see if my order status had changed as i still had not received any tracking information from Merimobiles so i went on the web chat again and spoke to someone else who took my order number and replied with 'someone from the sales team will email you' and then signed out of the chat. An hour later i got an email from Merimobiles asking me to send them a photocopy of my passport/id and my credit card to verify before they ship my order out. The thing is i checked my online banking and Merimobiles have already taken my money and have absolutely no reason to ask me for anything more as i would have understood if they had not taken the money and wanted to verify before taking it and processing my order.

I have asked them to cancel my order as buying the same phone from ebay will cost me a little bit more money but the service will be a lot better. Merimobiles definitely gets the award for the worst customer service for the year 2012.

" I am very impressed with Merimobiles customer service. Every question I had, they answered the same day. I ordered The Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone. I got the phone in the mail days after ordering, they emailed me asking if I had received the phone yet,usually once you order,you never hear from a company again, Merimobiles, was there for me! I also got a case which is top quality,better than any case I had bought from other companies in the past. So, to break it down. Merimobiles has very fast service, top quality products, with real people helping you the entire way! Thank you Merimobiles! "

"I originally purchsed three tablets from Merimobiles. There were two W17Pro's and a N90. The products arrived in a timely manner and were as good if not better than described. Jay at ****@**** has been responsive to my questions and concerns.
The prices at Merimobiles are extremely competitive and with free shipping are a true value. Suffice it to say that I liked both the products and service well enough that I have subsequently ordered two more tablets from Merimobiles. A five star merchant.

"I paid my order on 17th Sep 2012, a week later they published an "expected release date (30/09/2012)". On 24th October they mailed me a new "release date: (6th october)". Today, on 8th October they said to me that "expected shipped on this week".
This means that these guys take the money and delay the shippment day after day without having stock of the product.
- At 9th Oct 2012 the payment was refund by the seller. It was because their last news was "expected release at 20th Sep" and I doesnt want waiting for it no more.
They did offer me refund and they did it. I hope a better luck next time.

"Caution!!!

I bought a tablet device (Window N101) in July (2012),
The device came in October When it impossible to charge it.
I sent it for repair (November 2012)
The device came back completely shattered screen, the device back was scratched up (30/01/2013).
I sent it back to Mrimobiles, I received confirmation of delivery on 02.04.2013.
Since Mrimobiles claim that they do not find it, do not answer emails and do not give any solution.

Beware!!!
