"I bought an Aoson M11, 9.7 inch dual core tablet. This unit is awsom. I ordered it on the 3rd of August and opted for free mail because FedEx or DHL would have increase my total cost $100.00 US. The shipping guide indicated that free shipping would take a total of 30 days and the tablet arrived bang on time.

Everything worked perfectly out of the box, and because I am familiar with the unit I am aware that Merimobiles took the time to make some adjustments to its programming before shipping. That attention to detail made the shopping experience really great so that I am very happy with the product and the store service.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy China product to look get it from Merimobiles.

"The Ainol Novo Elf II is good value for money tablet. Package was well packed and content was all in order. Would be good if charger was included in the box, but it's not. Only USB cable. Quality is good for the price. This is the second time I ordered from Merrimobiles and again had a good experience with both product and service. Item arrived in perfect condition, and within 2 weeks to California, USA.

Decided to purchase from Merimobiles due to excellent seller rating on various websites; rather then some of the other direct china websites. the USA repair and Canada company origin was appealing.

after receipt, had minor issue with the tablet packaging not functionality, not any fault of Merimobiles.

Issue was hands down resolved promptly and with high level of professionalism. Customer Service was excellent. All emails were returned promptly. Emails from Jay, Oliver and Jason. 1-800 number was also promptly returned.

Ordered an Ainol Elf II July 22nd and received it on Aug 10th - almost three weeks later. For me that's a little on the long side (I live in Vancouver, Canada BTW). It was a full week from when I ordered the tablet to when I got the shipping notification email, causing me to worry about my order towards the end of the week.
For comparison, I had previously ordered a tablet from another China online retailer and got it in two weeks.
Sure, three weeks shipping time isn’t terrible, but for my next "china tablet" order, I’ll probably try another site to order from.
Tablet and its box arrived in perfect condition.

*Website*
Site is functional though the design isn't the most modern or flashy. (Not that it needs to be)
Pre-sales experience is great with video product reviews, customer Q&A and firmware download sections. It makes them seem like they are knowledgeable in their products and is what sold me on ordering from merimobiles.

*Support*
Not much after sales contact other than various automated emails (order received, order shipped & review the items you ordered).
No issues with my tablet so hopefully I don't need contact support ever.

Lastly...just wanted to say that the Ainol Elf II is an excellent tablet for the money! :)

"I ordered a tablet from them in Dec. As bad luck sometimes occurs, the screen ended up broken. Not the LCD, just the external and sensor layers.
I contacted them to see about getting replacement parts. The fault was my younger son's and I was willing to buy the needed parts. I just need a price and/or source.
After much back and forth, I was extremely happy when they asked I send it in and told me that they would handle the repair at no cost. They just earned a customer for life. Until I sent the unit in, at my cost, only to be told that the repair would cost most of the tablet's value.
EDIT -- As you might see Jay's comment below, we have worked out the issue to everyone's satisfaction. As a further credit to Jay directly, his responses were very fast. They take their reputation seriously. It's a good thing."

1- the customer service was good and answered all of my messages within 1 to 2 days
2- the shipment was fast (11 Business days shipping to Egypt is fast enough for a free shipping)

I received the Novo Elf 2 almost 14 days to hour of ordering. Considering the site says 14 to 20 business days shipping was fast. I did however order a case and screeen protector for the Elf 2 which I did not receive. I was notified about the case before delivery and was issued a refund received a soft case free ( nice touch). Jay gave me an option of a refund for the screen protector or they could send one, no arguements.
So all in all a very pleasent transaction. I would have no issues at all ordering from Merimobiles again."
