"These are excellent little LED light bulbs. I actually installed these into the recessed can lights in my bathrooms. They can be left on for any length of time because they generate no heat whatsoever, they pull almost no current and they produce a mild blue light. This is effectively used as the night light for the kids bathroom. While these are not good for a central light fixture in a room (do not produce a lot of light) they do work well for the applications they were designed for. (A small quantity of directed light (with a blue tint to it). If you buy these with this purpose in mind, you will be very happy with your purchase.
