"This Airlink101 11N mini USB adapter was not approved by window for installation and it did not work. I wish that I can return it for a refund. It is now sitting there doing nothing.

I wrote this comment a few days ago. Since then, I got call and assistance from Airlink on this product. The issue was resolved right there with them walking me thru the installation. It now works great. This proves to me that the after-sale support is fantastic which to me is more important than the product itself."

"They ship really, really slow. The product (a wireless card) was advertised as Windows 7 compatible, however Windows 7 drivers were NOT included in the CD that came with the card. I had to download Windows 7 drivers from the manufacturer's site.

Update of 5/21: Got a phone call from their customer service -- very impressive. I am changing my rating for their Customer Service from "Don't Know" to "Excellent". The overall rating stays the same however."

Only problem is with the hanging sleeves, you have to go thru all 360 hanging sleeves and remove the plastic on both sides so that you can insert your DVD's. This is a time consuming process that should not be happening. Poor quality control on whomever is making these."
