"I was contacted by Merritt to thank me for the purchase and to make sure I was satisfied. I was satisfied with the service however the headset did not work with my phone system. I was contacted by a person in support to help me through the issue and it was determined that the model I purchased would not work. They offered me an alternative to try and sent me a pre-paid return shipping label for the headset I purchased. I have not received the replacement headset yet but I will tell you they treated me fantastically, I will go out of my way to deal with Merritt.
