"My order 511362 was shipped October 22 and I still have not received it. I have called customer service a couple of times with no resolution. Apparently I was told that there is nothing that can be done as it has cleared Canadian customs so it is up to me to find it. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. No other suggestions given. Apparently no refund “in case” it shows up. Now I am out of over $100.00 Never Again "
