"This is an absolutely unprofessional site. Their product line is good - you'd think that they'd do a lot of business.

Instead, an order I placed for a vest was met with an email that said the product was out of stock. This was fine, except when I emailed to ask when it would be back in stock or to issue me a refund - I only received one response that said "we've been on holiday - we'll check and get back to you" and then I never heard from them again.

I ultimately had to file a claim through Paypal to get a refund. Do not use this site - it's a major hassle if your item is not in stock (and you won't know it's not in stock until after you place the order)."
