"Ordered a set of All Clad cookware after hours Thursday, a week before Christmas. Got home Saturday afternoon and the package was sitting on the front entry. What amounted to next day (free) delivery on a heavy shipment. Wow! Great performance on the part of Metro and Fed Ex."

This is the most outrageous and unbelievable experience I have ever had. Do not let this happen to you, do not buy anything form these people.
I got a $530 blender from these people via Best Buy Marketplace website. You would think it would be a safe purchase and as it turns out you would be very wrong!
The item was defective and when I called to get a return label 2 days after I got the item and was assured by Best Buy representative that returning it would not be an issue, Customer Service Manager at Metro Kitchens told me that they would not take it back because I opened it!! How else would I know it was defective?? !!!
Best Buy customer service representative called them; they still refused to take the item back. They told Best Buy that they don’t believe there is anything wrong with the item!!?? And they would know that how??!!!
I was forced to open a dispute with the credit card provider. They asked me to prove that blender was defective. Try and find someone who will certify that your blender is defective!!! Repair places will think that you are crazy! I had to go to the manufacture to get the prof!!!!
Manufacture agreed that blender was indeed defective and issued a return label. I was told that Metro Kitchens were instructed to issue a refund.
Guess what these criminals at Metro Kitchens did? - They lied to the bank and told them they had no idea where I shipped the item to and therefor were not responsible for the refund. They lied to manufacture and told them that I got a refund as a result of the dispute with bank! I had to send my bank statements to the manufacture to prove that these people were lying!!!
I finally got my money back but it took almost 6 month of aggravation. They finally sent ma a check but conveniently forgot to include shipping charge which was another illegal charge for this item and sales tax!!! Manufacture reimbursed me for both.
I don’t know what they were trying to do. Did they think they would wear me out and I would give up on it and take that kind of loss??? It looks to me like a typical action of a sociopath.
Now ask yourself why would ever put yourself in a position where it could be you in my place?

Also I googled reviews for this company for a small warehouse that are way too many reviews, they probably sitting there typing this stuff in to drown real once which can’t be good.

"I ordered a 13 piece set and two individual items of Cristel cookware.
One item was shipped directly from MetroKitchen and arrived in 5 business days as expected.
The 13 piece set and one pan did not arrive after about 4 weeks. After numerous calls to MetroKitchen I was not able to get any data on a tracking number or the status of my order. This was not MetroKitchen's fault. The two missing shipments were to be drop shipments directly from Cristel USA.
Cristel USA was non-responsive or misleading to MetroKitchen's enquirers for shipping information for about 3 weeks. What little data come back was incorrect for my order and confirmation of shipment was made verbally by Cristel but no tracking number was forthcoming from Cristel USA. The 13 piece set was no problem but the bain-marie was not available. I had not ordered a bain-marie. The Metrokitchen invoice clearly listed a 1 Qt sauce pan instead.
I called Cristel USA directly to let them know there was an issue. There top guy promised to help but did not. He was given about two weeks to help. He eventually pushed me and MetroKitchen off to a staffer who did not call in with information.
After a lot of effort from MetroKitchen they were finally told the 13 piece set was out of stock and it would be about a month before they would be available.
Having suffered through Cristel's non-responsive and inaccurate response we lost hope that they would ever deliver. The entire order was cancelled.
MetroKitchen could not deliver with such poor support from Cristel USA. They tried but could not overcome the complete breakdown in communications from Cristel USA. MetroKotchen was gracious through this mess and I have confidence they can produce if the supplier can deliver or they have the item in their warehouse.
