"I had purchase the copper All Clad set. Well at least I thought I did. Until I got a email after I had purchase it saying it was on back order for 2 weeks. Well then I notice they put a hold on my credit card for the merchandise which I did not authorize it. not cool at all.
I'm going to find someplace else to buy them but at the same time to deal with them to release my money is a pain too.
I also notice another company was giving away 2 gifts for spending over a $1000 so I asked them in the comment section during my purchase about if they will honor it and gave them all the info so they can look into it. Well they never responded.

I still had not received it by the following day so I call again. I was sent a return label by e-mail immediately that time. I returned the pan but have not yet received the correct size so I am somewhat unhappy with the service because I could be using the pan instead of still waiting to receive the correct one."
