"I ordered the Swiss Diamond 12 1/2 x 10 inch Roasting Pan. While it seems to be a bit large for 1 person it is the best of the best. It is really an incredible experience to roast anything in it. I just tried it on Idaho potatoes, peeled cut into large chunks , parboiled for a few minutes and then rubbed the large pieces with a little cooking oil and salted. Roasted the potatoes at 375F for about 40 minutes,- fantastic. Very even browning. Easy to clean the roasting pan, almost just wipe it with a paper towel. Will try now on a chicken according to Jacques Pepin's Fast Food My Way."
