"The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I placed my order for an Emile Henry Flame Top 2.6 qt. Ceramic Tagine on 11/29/12 and my credit card was charged $99.95. There was no indication that this item was on back order or out of stock. Three weeks go by and the item doesn't arrive. I called and emailed customer service to inquire where it was. Only then was I told that the item was out of stock and won't be in until January. I was also offered a $15 discount for my troubles, but it was never actually credited to my card. On 1/22/2013, I sent another email asking when my order will be shipped. Today (1/24/2013), I get an email saying it won't be in until February? This was a Christmas gift for my mother! I told them to just cancel the order and issue me a refund. "
