One of the headsets turned out to be flaky, it worked but the button had no physical or audible click (yeah I’m picky).
Sent them an email and a same day reply for clarification… bingo, bango, bongo SAME day response: “we will get another headset sent out to you.”
Not only did they send it on their dime, but with a return ship label for the defective one.
Hey, their warranty is not just blowing smoke up …
Oh course, they do have my CC on file, but I feel confident I will not be charged (kept the return track number).
Ordered on Wednesday and got the got instant Email confirmation (very important to me). Even better, got the FedEx track next day. For free ship I would expect the cheaper (and rougher) UPS, pleasant surprise there!
My CC card got charged (or it posted?) the day it shipped.
I can recommend this retailer to family and friends, except for my ex-brother in-law.
